I left another review. But i wanted to update thsy we are still sick from this property. Coughing and hacking. Our throats hurt. The rooms are so heavily damaged from cigarettes... even thr non smoking ones. My asthma has been so bad this week. Im going to dnd up needing to go to the doctor because of this hotel

there were roaches in my room, the only accommodation was another room where there was some other kind of bug. I reported it and left.

They canceled our reservation without notice. The staff on the front desk are rude and won't listen to explanation about anything. Just shrugged her shoulders and said not her problem. We think they could get more money from someone else so they canceled our. Very rude and don't care about customers. The place has a smell as well. the landscapers were making a mess outside and didn't care if they were blowing cuttings to customer cars. Not a place I would ever book again and wouldn't recommend the Red Roof Inn to any one.

It is for those looking to maintain or come in under budget. Not many amenities but good enough for what you pay for. No extra perks to be sure, but again, we weren't in Charlotte for the hotel experience. It is a place to stay if your plan is to only use your room as a place to sleep. Great hotel to book if you are looking to save money. I believe their were families living there, so expect to hear babies screaming and crying while walking down the halls. The place smelled of Indian food spices, so if you are not into Kimchi, I would avoid the place or stick to staying in your room.

This by far was the worse hotel I’ve ever made reservations to. Dirty, smells. Nothing at all like the pictures!!

Hotel was dirty, our first room had bugs and roaches in it, was an over all dirty place, almost like people live there fulltime and the hotel doesn’t clean enough, we were there for the nascar race and it felt like they kicked people out to give us a room. The staff is super friendly and nice, gave us a better room and a bit cleaner when we found the bugs. Wouldn’t stay here again

I like that it was a low price, and the air conditioning was on at all times especially for how hot it was that day.

Lots of trash lying around the property. Kinda noisy at times. I was woke up on my last day early before my checkout. Why???
