Abitta Boutique Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection

The front desk and everyone at this hotel was extremely nice and helpful. My only concern was the fact that the hotel is not actually the comfort inn and has undergone a name change. I was not informed before I arrived and it really was not a good start to my bday weekend. Hotel was in walking distance to many restaurant and bars however why was I not informed about the name change before arrival and why has Trip.com not updated the hotel name in the site as of 1/24/23 and hotel states name changed in 12/15/22. I believe they do this to lure people into to booking a new without their knowledge.

Abitta Boutique Hotel was very well located. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. I knocked off a star for 2 reasons. The adjacent restaurant was never open the 3 times we were looking to eat--twice for breakfast and once late afternoon. Not sure what their hours were. The pool area is very nice. The hotel itself could go through a deep detail cleaning, including the interior of the elevators, etc. But in general, the hotel was clean.

Amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating!! I especially appreciated the detailed cleaning that was happening everyday while I was there!

Allt var toppen förutom gymmet. Vi bokade detta dels för de fanns gym, men gymmet hade trasiga maskiner och redskap. Jättebra service, vi fick late checkout för 50 dollar. Frukost ingick utan att vi visste. Men de va ingen höjdare men bättre än inget. Fina rum. Ok pool förutom att de ENDAST var sol mellan 9-11 på fm, sen var det absolut ingen sol på hela dagen/kvällen, ett stort hus som täckte.

Certain parts of the hotel is suffering from water damage, mold and leaks. There is a roach infestation. Found cockroaches crawling around in the shower. Room 209 a suite, smelled of mold and dampness. The couch was filthy and damaged. The staff did their best to accommodate us however it took 6 and a half hours to move us another room.

Property close to Condado beach and many restaurants. Safe area. Room smaller in person compared to pictures.

Welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable and large room, a block away from the beach. Breakfast options should be improved

The room was very small! The pool did not get any sun during the day therefore, all three of the small pools were very cold. The pictures online were beautiful. The in person did not match what was posted. Lots of repairs needed to call this a boutique hotel.
