We rented three rooms. Two out of three rooms were very moldy. From the time got off the elevator the mold affected one person in my group. When you opened the doors to two of the rooms a pungent feces like odor slapped us in the face. Mold was visible on the windows and around the vents. LUIS gave us a hard time and also insinuated we were lying.

None of my issues were addressed. I’ve sent multiple emails and have not heard from anyone. The jacuzzi was cold every time I tried to use it, there was no iron in my room just a board and I had no tv the entire stay. I tried even calling ******* and they were not able to reach the manager. Unsatisfied highly disappointed with my stay

It smells like old carpet…it was at a convenient place but it’s just a basic hotel nothing special and the rooms are really really small. This is a great hotel if you won’t be in the hotel all the time other than that I give it 2.5 star review

The room wasn't clean. Dirty floors, dirty walls, pillows had white stains, and tiny room. I remember being in this hotel many years back and it wasn't as bad. I hope they can re-prioritize their cleanliness.

Well we really enjoyed the location ....but parking for the tourist is horrible....tourist are targeted for tickets and that's not good ...also hotel needs new mattress and pillows was horrible......other than that the stay was good and the employees were attentive to us.

I requested a printout of my bill before leaving the hotel. They gave me a printout and it showed no additional charges. They charged my card an exorbitant fee for an inexpensive bottle of wine. When I asked to speak with management about it, they never returned my calls. One of the nights, there was a party in the hallway outside my door which staff did little to solve. Will not stay here again.

It is perfect walking distance from beaches and restaurants. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful even the cleaning staff. I would leave everyday and return to a clean room with fresh towels DAILY without asking. All in all my trip was perfect.

Location is wonderful. A few blocks from beach with chaises and umbrellas. All other amenities also very close by.
The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, but sheets and pillows, not so much. Room big enough. Nice makeup mirror in bathroom, but no light over the sink to see anything. Bathroom outlet not working. Sink at child height. Shower was a curtain surround a shower head and drain in the floor…odd, but not awful…floor did get wet.
Coffee in the room, but no breakfast offered.
So, comfortable enough and clean. Price was good; you get what you pay for.

The hotel is great if you don’t have a car. There is no parking on site. It is great if you want to be near restaurants and shops. But since it is near the freeway, be prepared for a lot of honking as it near the busy streets and highway. I am a heavy sleeper so I had no issue. The staff is friendly and the room was clean. Would recommend and would stay here again without a car.
