After the first notification of bed bugs to the hotel, a pest inspection was performed, then suffered a second bout of bed bug infestation within days afterwards that saw me in the local hospital for trea**ent of severe bites / infection. If you are okay to stay with bed bugs, bird mites and ambulances that rock up to treat guests who have overdosed, then you're in for a lovely stay!

The motel was adequate but we have stayed in much better for the same price. No hairdryer, there was a leak in the vanity basin cabinet with a towel placed there to soak up the drips, the lighting was inadequate in the main room. No plug in the vanity sink. Great location, easy walking distance to shops and eateries. Highly recommend a visit to Gum Bend Lake.

Greeted by pleasant hosts. Room spacious, very clean, easy parking. Room quiet, bed comfortable, good night's sleep. Dined in restaurant and had a lovely meal, hosts very attentive. Would recommend to anyone.

The receptionist took the vacant room next to ours and started a video call at 6:00am.
Spoke in a load voice and made it impossible to continue sleeping.
6:00am…
They have a big office why could she not made her call from there?
Would not stay again. Ruined the trip to Condobolin which is a nice town.
Just stay somewhere else!

I found this property to be very poorly operated from filthy vanities to broken beds,we had to request that our room be cleaned and get a linen change after three days.management abusing staff in front of customers,landscaping was well and truly forgotten about.A rating out of 10 would have to be a minus 9at least ,Never again will l stay here.

Had a very pleasant stay, only complaint was shower in unit 18, there is no water flow, just a trickle from the shower head.
