Connellsville B&B

Riding the Great Alleghany Passage, we really appreciated parking our bicycles in the garage and having access to the laundry facilities. The innkeeper was friendly and the breakfast was tasty, substantial, and interesting. Location could not have been more convenient.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast. Attention has been paid to every detail, very clean, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Hostess eager to insure you have a good experience. Good recommendations for dinner. A bit difficult to navigate the city due to the bridge construction.

Stayed three days in early December. Totally enjoyed staying here. It definitely was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Beautifully kept historic building. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms very comfortable. The owners were so accommodating. Simply a wonderful experience.

We were only in town briefly --got in late, had to leave early. We were greeted warmly and welcomed heartily. Breakfast was made to order, delicious, and took any any dietary needs we had a s well. All was terrific and we would definitely comeback if ever in the area again. We would certainly reccommend!

We stayed at the Connellsville Bed and Breakfast for two week nights in late October and had a wonderful stay. Lucy is very warm and welcoming. We chose the Irish Room, upstairs in the back, plenty of racks and room for luggage. Very quiet (yes, there are a couple of trains overnight but they kindly supply earplugs - we were not bothered by it). Brittany made us an awesome breakfast both mornings and we were the only guests the second morning and had a lovely conversation with her - she is delightful. I have food allergies and she confirmed them and easily worked around them. Sheets are ironed (!) and high quality, bed very comfortable, hot showers, nice towels, everything so clean. There is a bike trail very close to the B&B and there is coin operated laundry available on the second floor. We visited Fallingwater (1/2 hour away) and the Flight 93 Memorial (about an hour away). Lucy also provides a list of local restaurants, some well within walking distance. Parking is on the street right outside the B&B on a side street. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very helpful owners offered to pick up my broken bike from the train station after You can park bikes safely in their garage.Lucy husband allowed me to use his bike stand and tools to work on my bike. The bike shop is one block away. Lucy called them first, fortunately, and got them to open for me on a planned day off. The B&B and their rooms are lovingly and interestingly decorated. The rooms have large comfortable beds, good hot water/water pressure

We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. We only stayed one night while we were visiting the two Frank Lloyd Wright houses in the area, The house is clean and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, better than we expected. Our host was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place!

Lovely clean, well lit B&B with nicely decorated rooms. Welcoming hosts drove late at night drove to the nearby train station to pick up my disabled bike. They have a garage to safely store the bikes. Only downside is the significant street and train noise if you're room is on the main street.

Lovely accommodation. If I really really needed to make a negative comment it would be that our door was directly on the street. We DID need handicapped accessible which it definitely was. Just a lot of city traffic noise. Again. Everything was wonderful. Also breakfast was perfection! Super nice staff!! Very helpful.
