Amazing stay and the team were very accommodating of my late arrival in the rain. Room was lovely and the heated towel racks were a blessing in disguise. Would stay again

The room was so comfortable and a wonderful space in which to stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I stayed in the single room for two nights and really enjoyed the experience.

This is a wonderful hotel, in great condition and with friendly, helpful service. There's a great bar downstairs (we didn't try the restaurant) and it's right in the middle of Conwy. I'd definitely stay again

We stayed here on Friday an I haven’t a bad word to say about the staff the hotel the bar! It’s so warm & homely here! The food on the on-site restaurant was on another level! Service was also amazing will definitely be staying again!

This hotel is in the perfect location within the city center, and just a few minutes from the beach and the castle and the train station. The room could not be cuter. When I walked into my room, there was a radio that was playing some very soothing music on my nightstand, and the lamp was turned on so that the room looked warm and inviting. There’s a chandelier in the room. The TV is perfect size and the bathroom looks gorgeous. The staff is super friendly. I liked it here so much that I decided to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate me. My room had actually been rented out, but they moved things around so that I could stay in the same room. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent overall. It's an old 'historic' hotel, so expect weird shaped rooms and stuff shoehorned into corners. Which I liked. Also good team and coffee making facilities - and (very important for business trip) a workable desk in the room.
The food was good at the restaurant (esp the mussels in beer batter).
Nice bar serving selection of draft beer.
Free car parking.
Also a good central location in Conwy.
