I had an incredible stay at this agritourism spot during New Year's Eve, and the lunch on the 1st was simply fantastic. Starting with the wonderful atmosphere, the food, rooms, and the extremely friendly staff. Super recommended.

I recently enjoyed a remarkable stay here for New Year's Eve, and the lunch on the following day was absolutely delightful. From the charming ambiance to the cuisine, accommodations, and the incredibly amiable staff, it was an exceptional experience that I highly recommend.

We're a family of 4, the kids being 5 & 8 years old. For our 3-day break, we decided to visit Puglia, and wanted an agritourism facility as our base. Casale Torre San Magno was suggested to us by our travel agent and we agreed on it after viewing some photos and their website, which looks particularly nice! But we were unfortunately disappointed. Upon arrival, Saturday late afternoon, the welcome was very cold. It became evident that we were not really welcome and pretty much extra work. Only the lady of the house seemed to welcome us! We weren't given an introduction to the people or the place. We had to squeeze out all the basic information we required and were left hoping for the best! However the next 2 days were a repeat....minimum interaction and no attempt at making us feel welcome. In fact we were the only guests. At least we managed to squeeze 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts from the hosts.....in fact, I actually had to ask whether they were struggling business wise or whether we happened to be visiting off-season....which we believe was/is the case! Notwithstanding, for my wife and I, it was more about our kids having a good time, and for them, having the opportunity to hand feed the animals, who were much more welcoming than our hosts, was enough. The place does feel a bit rundown, but nothing that a good solid week of work cannot fix. What I'm more concerned about are the lack of hospitality skills! They actually had a jacuzzi area, but we don't even know whether we could have made use of it or not! I'm giving them 3 stars because even though we left somewhat disappointed - we wanted and agritourism experience, even if for a day and not a cold bed & breakfast experience - we feel that this might have been due to a lack of communication from our travel agent and not necessarily from the host...yet we feel they could be a lot more welcoming and warm towards their guests!

Casale bello e ben tenuto con Passeggiata a cavallo concordata 2 mesi prima… peccato si siano scordati di organizzarla ed è tutto saltato! Poca serietà e senza volontà di recuperare… Colazione con pochi prodotti del territorio (1 torta e 1 marmellata), il resto tutto confezionato..

Struttura nel verde ma poco curata e accogliente. Prenotiamo per una notte per 4 famiglie (15 persone in tutto). Al nostro arrivo in struttura, tra le varie camere a noi riservate, vi è un arrangiamento di una tripla nella Spa. Restiamo spiazzati, tre letti singoli piazzati al centro di questa camera probabilmente al posto delle sedute relax, con una vasca jacuzzi coperta, una sauna chiusa e doccia "emozionale". Un ambiente che dovrebbe essere a disposizione della clientela. Riservatezza zero e bagno fuori, in comune con i clienti della struttura, perché è quello predisposto per la sala ristorante. Entriamo in questa spa e ad accoglierci c'è uno scarafaggio....ci fa capire anche la scarsa pulizia. Non abbiamo le chiavi per chiudere una doppia porta, una che si affaccia sul piano delle camere e l'altra nella sala ristorante. Il proprietario ce le fa avere a mezzanotte. Ovviamente le finestre non sono oscurate e già alle prime ore dell'alba siamo svegli. Al mattino il proprietario si mostra maleducato e saccente verso le nostre dimostranze, mettendo in dubbio la nostra parola. Imbarazzante far pagare una tripla arrangiata in una spa con bagno esterno al prezzo di una "tripla piccola ma normale con bagno privato". Colazione scarna, di scarsa qualità e scarsa igiene. Barattoli di Nutella e marmellate in comune, no monodose e pane non fresco. Insomma un peccato avere un bel posto e non valorizzarlo al meglio.

Una struttura da sogno! Io il mio compagno abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto che comprendeva Spa e ristorante. La cura dei dettagli è maniacale, il cibo è veramente ottimo. I proprietari sono host molto attenti ai professionali. Posto super consigliato!!!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una giornata fantastica.L'agriturismo si trova in una posizione incantevole, immerso nella campagna coratine. Il cibo è stato una vera rivelazione.Il personale è gentile e disponibile.Lo consigliamo vivamente

Bellissima domenica presso l'agriturismo Torre San Magno. Siamo stati molto bene, abbiamo mangiato divinamente ( il pandoro con crema e frutti di bosco finale è stato favoloso)... I bimbi hanno giocato tranquilli e liberi nella zona esterna. Bell'ambiente familiare, caldo e con una rilassante atmosfera natalizia.
