Amazing location! The hotel was clean and perfect for a vacation. Staff were friendly and super friendly.

There was only one chair. No seat or table for applying make-up. Bathroom lighting was weak.

What I did not like was the key card system not working and I did not like the extensive rust stain in the shower and the shower head being 7 ft high.

Wasn't given the rooms I reserved, needed a handicapped room, paid for that, and was given a regular room. I wasn't given credit or options. The rooms were under remodeling so it didn't look nice. The elevator had the walls all written. It was not a good stay.

The hotel was so dirty. The restroom was dirty, the floor by the restroom was dirty and slippery. The water pressure was horrible and took so long trying to rinse shampoo out of my hair. There was no vent/ fan in the restroom and mold is growing in the AC vent and it’s visible. In the breakfast area the chairs were dirty and stained. The apples and bananas were rotten and moldy.

Fire alarm kept going off during the night. It was raining the water was getting in through the window. Front desk was notified. The room was clean is just old.

The AC went put on day 3. I told them twice on day 2 something was wrong with the AC. We came back from the beach to a very hot room. They said they were sold out of rooms and could not send us to a sister property because we paid thru *******. We were out at midnight looking for a place to stay. We were told we could not get a refund for 2 days we were not in the room, because we paid thru ******* and ******* doesn't give refunds. So we were screwed we paid 2 days for 2 hotels.
