Very good experience. It’s worth for the price we paid. Rooms are very specious.

I arrived to find that the pipes had burst in the hotel. Most of the rooms had flooded to where the staff had to move people to other rooms. They offered me a different room but their key pad didn't work. In turn I would have to have a staff member open my door each time I'd leave. The staff was very nice and apologized but I chose to cancel my reservation and go to a different hotel.

every time we leave the room they key would stop working, this started as soon as we checked in. we were given 2 keys and got to our room and only one worked. after our second night we noticed bugs on the couch and they refused to change us into a different room until I stated I will be disputing the charge with my bank... I was tole I would be discounted and a manager would call me but noone ever called

There was roaches in my room a long with bugs I can’t describe. Clusters of bugs. We were moved to another room which of course we were sketchy about. Could not sleep because my mind was telling my body there were bugs in the bed lol. Definitely not staying there again.

Overall everything was good. We did get a room with no heat. Front desk took care of us with no hesitation. Keep up the good work

Beds are comfortable and clean the room just needed a little update and breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast. I would stay again the bed is what sold me very comfortable.

I think the location of the hotel is great and the amenities are nice. The only thing that was a little odd was the size of the pillows on the beds. They were not the standard size pillows, rather they looked like throw pillows. The mini fridge in the room was also rather noisy during our stay and that annoyed my husband, but I slept through it.

I will say we should think before booking the hotel. They are not transparent on their communication. My kid got injured in beach so we need to leave early without completing my stay. Hotel told as I booked from ******* they will not be able to do any refunds only ******* have that option. Now I connected ******* and ******* is not able to do any refund as hotel do not allow. I booked for 4 days stays there for 3 day. Hotel is average , with old furniture and gloomy rooms. But most unfortunate is their management and relationship with people's

Ask for two rooms on reservation but only one room was reserved have to pay more for second room
