Booked a room for two days to watch the fireworks display on Ocean Drive. For $350 a night, the room had no refrigerator, no toothpaste, poor amenities. And we had roaches visibly crawling on the walls at times. The view was amazing, the restaurants in the hotel were OK. But pretty much never going to use this hotel again

評價：酒店前台服務友好，有自帶停車樓，停2F可直通大堂，流線合理。房間衞生條件不錯，陽台能看到列剋星敦號航母，直線距離5KM，菲利普約翰遜設計的德南藝術博物館步行可達，推薦入住！
房間提示：建議選不帶陽台的高層海景房，可正面鳥瞰墨西哥灣。帶陽台房間均為側向面海，位置不理想。

This was our first stay at the Omni and unfortunately, we were not impressed. Our room would not cool so we notified the front desk. Maintenance came and simply opened up the unit and clicked something then said it was fine. It still felt too humid and uncomfortable so we checked out a day early. Upon notifying the front desk we were leaving they simple said, “I’m sorry to hear that.” There was no offer to move us or do anything to make the situation right. Additionally, there were lots of elevator issues during our stay and it constantly took 15-20 min to get an elevator to get down from our floor. We almost missed a dinner reservation and were forced to take the stairs in order to make our reservation. I should mentioned I am also 28 weeks pregnant so taking the stairs was not the easiest. I even called the front desk at one point and was put on hold for another 5 minutes with no help until we finally got an elevator the night we left the hotel. Again, the front desks response was a simple “I’m sorry.” The valet staff and cleaning staff throughout the property were incredibly apologetic to hear we were leaving and about any inconvenience we had experienced so we did appreciate that.

Stone, the man at the front desk, was so so friendly and very professional. He was quick to check us in and answered every question I had. Everything was PERFECT

I’ve stayed in other Omni properties and this isn’t even close to the level of quality. Poor bedding and pillows. Very basic shower and bathroom and a poor AC unit in our specific room. Would not stay here again! Super dissatisfied especially for the price of $300 per night.

Hotel was under renovation and it looked unkept. They never mentioned that. I would not have booked a hotel currently under renovation. The protection was still down in areas where there was no work ongoing. When I asked about the dining options on the website, they stated dining services are different every day depending on which amenity areas were booked but IN ROOM service was the best option.

They are doing a remodel but that information was not disclosed at time of purchase. Wi-Fi was available at additional charge which was also not disclosed.

The hotel staff was excellent in all areas.
Very polite and gracious. The valet crew is outstanding and were a tremendous help with our e-bikes. The restaurant at the top is undoubtedly, a superb 270 degree view. The timeliness of kitchen staff requires improvement

The room next door had a vent fan running in the restroom our entire stay!
Obviously no one was staying in that room.
I called at 2 am to report and the grumpy guy came in and says, “someone is showering.”
I paid over $300 for one night and all I got was free parking.
