This hotel’s rooms are in great shape. They are basically brand new, as it appears they just remodeled them. The hotel, however, is under construction so the elevators are all janky and there is dust everywhere in the common areas. Also, the area is pretty weird with very few amenities. All in all, this place will be great value-for-money once they complete construction.

Overall the hotel was ok, hotel is located in a not so nice area. Lobby had stained ceiling tile. I dont think the restaurant was open but didnt check. Bedrooms were nice except shower looked like there may have been blood on the wall and shower curtain. My wife had to clean it. Outside parking lot only had a few lights, majority of parking was in the dark.

I booked online and when we arrived at the hotel they told us that they had rented our room, bad service, I really don't recommend it, Houston VAT and with children and they left us with that😔

Front entrance is way too bumpy. The area seems to be coming back from a less than stellar reputation.

Elevators are far far away from the registration desk. Only 1 elevator was operating and needed to get reset often. Front desk personnel is slow.

It was a clean room. No hot water. One only one elevator working. Staff and cleaning crew friendly and professional.

It was a nice hotel. We found parking easy and the area was quiet. A lot of the items closed around 10p in the hotel. The hot water in the shower wasn’t very hot, but overall the hotel experience was a good one.

The check in was a breeze she was excellent overall the stay was ok not very comfortable room was cleaned well just very uncomfortable beds called room service to ask a question about breakfast and he was rude as hell kinda sarcastic
