Amazing time from check in to check out nothing was to much trouble,we will be definitely back.we stayed in the level with pool access no rush for sunbeds right outside our room 522 breakfast was great but if you want to eat in the level restaurant be prepared to wait we didn’t mind at all nothing to rush for but did see some people complaining.

We stayed in a level room with a sun terrace on a bed and breakfast basis. The room was spacious with a seating area and a sofa. It was clean and had everything we needed. The sun terrace looked out over the sea and we had sun all day. Level facilities were good. Lovely outdoor seating area with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available and very tasty snacks and sweet treats. The breakfast in the level area was tasty and all the items on the menu freshly prepared plus lots of buffet items were available. My husband swam in the level pool and enjoyed it. We both spent time in the other pool too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the moment we arrived until we stepped in the taxi back to the airport. The staff were very busy seeing to guests needs but always smiling and happy to help. Would we stay here again ..??? Absolutely yes.

What a fantastic place for a romantic break. Hotel was amazing! We stayed in one of the suites with the Level package and it did not disappoint. Great selection of snacks during cocktail hour with branded alcohol. Fizz, wine and coffee available all day. Breakfast menu selection was great and food was delicious. Staff were friendly and views were stunning! We are already looking at booking for next year.

We returned for our 6th visit in January and the hotel is better than ever. The hotel closed for 4 months in 2023 for refurbishment (it wasn't 'tired' before though!). The big changes are that all rooms have been refurbished and freshened up (new furniture and décor, including balcony furniture, plus 50" TV screen - all 5 UK channels available, plus HDMI input socket!), the old Italian restaurant moved to another location, allowing the main Restaurant to be made more spacious and less noisy. What were previously known as 'Deluxe' rooms are now renamed 'Junior Suites' and the rooms really are spacious (35sq metres, I believe), with walk-in showers, a 6ft double-bed, a sofa-bed, and a small table and chairs to sit at. Just be forewarned that where you could request a twin room before are now mostly double rooms but with the sofa-bed which can be made up and is perfectly comfortable. In addition, other changes are a welcoming drink on arrival :) and a distinguished programme of classes during the week, all provided free of charge, plus great evening entertainment (we LOVED the duo on Mondays, with Olga singing and an acoustic guitarist - both super-talented). By 'distinguished' I mean things like classes in jewellery making, soap-making, art, liqueur coffee-making, local Tenerife cultural knowledge, and mindfulness which have been really well planned and thought through, setting the hotel apart from most hotels in our experience. The team of 5 (I think) headed up by Domenic (native to the island), with Cecilia and Christian are all great and put together a great offering. After the refurbishment it was great to meet again some of the old faces - Johann, Emanuele as porter and welcomer, Raul on Reception - all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. In addition, of course, the restaurant customer-facing team is headed up by the outstanding Laura, who is SO welcoming and absolutely delightful. The terrace, used for outdoor dining at breakfast and dinner has a stunning view, overlooking the town below and out to sea, and sitting drinking cocktails in late afternoon is the most relaxing place I have ever been. How could they improve? The bar staff are not quite as good as previous years, when headed up by Johann (who has been promoted) and, on occasions, the restaurant felt like it was under-staffed (drinks orders and tables getting cleared not as quickly as desirable). Will we return for a 7th time? 100% we will!

Wonderful hotel with great amenities. Staying at The Level was definitely worth it and we thoroughly enjoyed the seperate area for breakfast and snacks for guests staying in The Level section of the hotel. The serving staff were all amazing and made sure we were looked after when dining. The food is absolutely amazing and is certainly the nicest all inclusive buffet I have experienced. Unfortunately the hotel can be somewhat confusing as everything included for The Level is not on one level despite the name. We were very well looked after at The Level pool by Ramon who made sure we always had a drink and everything ran so smooth when he was there, sadly the days he wasn’t there things did not run as efficiently and the difference was definitely noticeable, he really is a great credit to this hotel! This hotel is stunning and definitely worth visiting!

A fabulous hotel, lovely food with so much to choose from, very friendly helpful staff, plenty to things to do, great setting with wonderful views, we really didn’t want to leave after our 10 day stay, would definitely return, so would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to holiday in Tenerife.

This was our first stay and we will definitely be back. Every single member of staff was so warm and friendly and the hotel itself is so clean and well maintained. We had a Junior Suite with sea view. It was spacious and light and had great views. Although the hotel is big, it does not feel impersonal as the layout makes you feel you have your own space. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with top quality food and we also enjoyed the poolside restaurant. Definitely worth trying.

Treat yourself to the Level service. I ended up travelling alone and was fully welcomed by all the staff there upon arrival. I was taken straight to the Level reception where there receptionist explained everything in detail like where everything is and located. I stayed at the Level Junior Suite with Pool Access so this was very convenient if you walked out to the private pool for a swim or sunbathe in the day time. There are Bali style sunbeds (at additional costs) where you get served the drinks and snacks too. The room was very clean and is cleaned daily several times so very comfortable and spacious for the stay. As I stayed at the Level I had access to the Level Lounge where you can consume the complimentary alcohol and non alcoholic drinks and there is happy hour every day from 5pm - 6pm where you can enjoy the open bar, snacks and Tapas/canapes. Also breakfast is in the restaurant next to the Level Lounge which serves A La Carte breakfast and also buffet self service and was very yummy. Location of the resort is nearby beaches which are walking distances but a lot of the streets are very steep incline. There are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby too but resort does have a lot of stairs if you don’t use the lift. Loads to do in the resort itself as there is 24hr gym and daily activites such as aqua boxing, cocktail class, art painting class, Macrame etc so a lot to do if you stay there. There is a wellbeing centre where you can have treat to massage, facials, manicure etc (additional costs) Mosaic Restaurant is where they serve all the meals on your board type and I was half board so I had my buffet dinner there. There was enough choices for me and I enjoyed the food there esp. Sushi and the desserts. Very happy for my stay there and would recommend to couples or solo travellers to experience the place where #soulmatters

Went in March as a couple and for my husbands 40th. Beautiful hotel very clean and reception area smells amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Daily clean and bed made, but no sheet change. Ok with us but may not be everyone’s ideal. Location not ideal, a long walk to anything lively. Not central. We hired a car which was great for during the day. We used taxi’s at night for eating out. We upgraded to all inclusive for the drinks but the evening food not to our liking, ok but not great. We had a room outside the ‘upgraded area’ but couldn’t use it and had to walk/lift down many stairs to the ‘commoners’ pool Recommendations Hire car as very steep incline, and nice to tour the island. Go all inclusive for drinks but not food. Staff very friendly Don’t think I would stay again based on location because when u get down into the main area there are some lovely hotels closer to the main centre. Otherwise hotel is clean, well run and nice rooms.
