H10 Costa Adeje Palace

Overall the hotel was very clean, with very helpful staff and some great entertainment. The reason my review is average is because it advertises 5 pools but it is actually 1 large one split in 2, a children’s one which was tiny and around 10cm deep so not good for children that want to play and swim, an adults one and the indoor one in the gym. I am 5’2 and could only touch the floor in the adult one, so it’s not great for families with young children. The all inclusive in the restaurant had different options everyday, but the pool snack bar was the best!!! But you don’t get told you can order from there throughout the day we found this out ourselves a few days in and we used this for lunch instead of the restaurant. The actual restaurant was limited for fussy eaters but very good if you like fish/seafood. Couldn’t complain about breakfast though there were plenty of options. You get to eat at one of the onsite restaurants, the teppanyaki style was no good to us as only fish/seafood options. We ate at the Mediterranean it was lovely, but there were some chef specials on the menu that you had to order 24hrs before which nobody informed us of that was a shame. The restaurant didn’t have its own toilets you were told to use the ones round the pool so it didn’t really feel like a special dining experience. The alcohol options on the all inclusive were very good to be honest, real Malibu was a bonus! But they will not make any cocktails that are not on the menu even if it includes the alcohol that is included on all inclusive. The location of the hotel isn’t great if you like to get out and walk, it is around 30/40minute walk from any bars/restaurants. The gym was standard, limited equipment but enough to make do with what is there. The indoor pool was a bonus on cloudy days. We booked all activities/excursions/golf on our own as through the hotel was more expensive. The evening entertainment was really good, we had some great nights in the hotel. Although it wasn’t advertised very well and the kids disco was at 8.30pm which is quite late… I would probably try another H10 hotel in the future if the location was convenient.

We came here for a family holiday, we have never been to tenerife before. From checking in to checking out it was a wonderful holiday. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Housekeeping came everyday and made beds and changed towels. Every single worker I walked past said hello. Reception team were amazing and helpful, especially with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. There were enough sun beds for everyone, towels also given on 1st day which you could change for clean ones for 1 euro. Hotel was on the beach and also had adult only pool. You are treated like royalty and everyone waits on you. The restaurants are amazing on site always fully stocked and hot, lots of choice, even the pool bar you can get waiter service and in the evening for drinks so you don't have to queue. Entertainment was fantastic something for everyone. It was a great mixture of ages aswell. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return although I would upgrade to a junior suite next time. The hotel is very grand and luxurious. Everything is so near from the beach to shopping malls. Weather was absolutely amazing . I normally holiday in lanzarote but I have totally loved everything about costa adeje, can't wait to return .

I love the location of the hotel, it's our 2nd stay here. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were mostly friendly, all were very efficient! The beach access gate is a massive bonus to the location, there are so many options to leave the resort for a few hours. The food is OK.... not great quality BUT I knew that before booking. We had salad or a snack some day's, there's something you can eat at each meal. The grounds and foyer are absolutely beautiful and very clean. I would stay here again without hesitation. The shuttle bus available is a massive bonus, well done H10!! As long as you don't expect high quality meat etc. you will be happy with your choice. The salad, cold meats etc. are all fresh. Don't be put off by niggles in the reviews, it's a lovely hotel just make an informed choice. I've been coming to Tenerife for 24 years and stayed in various area's & hotels on the island. I'd rate this in my top 2 in Tenerife.

Enjoyed every minute of our recent stay. We had paid extra for the privilege extras which we thought was worth every penny. This gave us access to privilege pool areas, restaurants and bars. The infinity pool area is wonderful and margarita is a great host but providing drinks and snacks almost every hour! Be prepared to come home a little heaver! There didn’t appear to be an issue with securing a sunned around the general pool area all areas where clean and tidy. We ate at the Japanese which was a fabulous experience, as a privilege guest it can be booked as many times during your stay via an app. The A La carte was nice, it’s always nice to have your food served to you. The wine was good and included (picture attached), I asked for the sweetest and the waiter happily obliged. The entertainment was average, there’s something for everyone. we went to Veronica’s a couple of nights €20 each way in taxi and it’s just as I remembered it from years ago…..absolutely mad! Overall we’d return to this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Great location, this hotel is situated away from the busy end of town. The staff are very friendly, food good and watching the sun go down over the sea from the infinity pool a must! We would definitely stay here again, thank you for a wonderful week.

Lovely resort with lots of amenities, a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of Costa Adeje but certainly appreciated on a holiday! As someone who's dairy-free I usually don't have very high expectations of buffets. So I was very impressed to see a nightly offering of vegan dishes at the buffet (with actual variety, not just the same thing every night) and a good selection of plant milks, dairy-free yoghurt, etc at breakfast.
