Lovely hotel. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Ala carte menu was fine, I’m a vegetarian so was good to have more than pizza to choose from. Couple of things you don’t know until you ask, as Privilege guests anyway. For example, we lugged our own cases to room, but when struggling en route down at the end of our stay a passing porter offered to help. We asked what was on the rooftop and discovered in passing it was a sunbathing area with a second infinity pool which was a nice surprise but this wasn’t volunteered at check in. We were three adults escaping children so would have been nice to have had our evening meal without the baby shark soundtrack/kids entertainment at 20:30-21:30 right outside the restaurant. All of that said, the hotel is definitely worth a stay, we ate in the buffet for lunch and it is definitely one of the classiest we’d been too. Staff were super friendly. Couple of nights had local band which was good for a boogie and the piano bar was a pleasant area to chill. Great stay for adults wanting to escape and relax, not so for younger parties I’d guess.

Stayed in half board plan in a Privlege room in this hotel from 2nd Feb until 9th Feb with my husband. When we arrived we checked in at a separate area and were served a glass of cava and shown the privilege lounge where there was a self-service bar with all branded spirits, beers, soft drinks, water and a coffee machine. This was open until midnight. This is a great 4-star hotel. I would advise anyone to book a Privilege room as this means you can book breakfast and dinner in the Las tosca restaurant with table service. Good choice for breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. We also tried the buffet restaurant which was OK standard food nothing amazing but acceptable. Also privilege means you have an adults only pool area with plenty of choice of beds etc and a very friendly waiter who is constantly bringing drinks and snacks to everyone plus its possible to go to the bar and get whatever drink you want. The whole hotel area is really nice with a great area for families too. There was entertainment every night plus entertainment in the piano bar. I would recommend this hotel as a 4 star hotel but feel the staff upgrade the hotel to 5 stars.

We have been coming here for last 5 years and are members of H10 club. The hotel is very well presented the staff are amazing and very helpful especially Margarite on Privilige beach she is hermosa….(beautiful) always making sure you have food & drink. The housekeeping staff are superb too room is always clean and ready. The entertainment is good in the evenings. The breakfasts in La Tosca are perfecto. Only criticism is the English sausage is not great choice !! Overall excellent hotel excellent location !!

Beautiful Hotel, really enjoyed the trip. 10 bucks for towel exchange is a pain in da ass. Ambience and shows are nice.

We visited this hotel for a week….. It is stunning as you enter the reception /bar area. We were quickly checked in by a friendly lady in privilege reception and we were off to start our holiday Food in both La Tosca and the buffet restaurant was plentiful and good quality and service was fantastic all the staff were amazing treating us as friends The newly opened privilege rooftop infinity was an addition to the hotel since we last visited and the view from the seventh floor is stunning The animation team are awesome we enjoy the cocktail making every day having been to water aerobics beforehand … The reception staff are very knowledgeable and always ready to help. We will be visiting again in September our home from home …. Thank you to all the lovely staff again you are all wonderful ❤️❤️

Good location, nice room, spacious pool areas, nice staff but very average food. Fish dishes were ok but any meat dishes were poor.Chewy tough steak, tough pork, lamb chops were tasteless even turkey was tough. Not good and I won't be going back. I will pay a bit more next time to stay in one of the 5* hotels nearby.

On arriving at hotel we asked if we could have a late check out, we were told ''no problem'' we asked for a 4pm checkout and were told there would be a charge of 67 euros, we agreed. On departure day we returned to our room at 1:30pm to find we had been locked out, so went to reception who told us we had been checked out, when we explained that we had been told that we had a late check out the receptionist became very rude and said that no one had said we had a 4pm checkout. this was not true as we had agreed the cost. We then had to argue with the receptionist in order to gain access to the room and retrieve our possessions. We were escorted to room and had to throw clothing etc. into cases to get out of room quickly. I'd like to say that all other staff at the hotel were exceptional. Also on day one at breakfast I was eating a pastry when I felt something in my mouth, it was a small cockroach, I complained immediately and received an apology together with a free meal and a promise that the preparation area would be fumigated. I definitely will NOT be returning to this Hotel.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is incredibly polite, the food is amazing and so diverse. The swiming pool and the view is one of the most beautiful I have seen. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is close to a bus station so you can get in other places of the island very easy.
