A week's getaway and it's lovely. I've no idea why people have complained about food and drinks. San Miguel on tap and good quality spirits. The range of pastas, salads, meats and carreroles is superb. Breakfast choice is immense. The only complaint I have is seeing a couple of cockroaches in my room one night but they sprayed the room first thing next morning. They're everywhere in the canaries so can't really moan. I'd highly recommend.

I’m not usually one to ever write a review for a poor experience, but I need to highlight a few things about my experience here.. 1) First impression when I entered the hotel.. very outdated interior and exterior and cockroaches everywhere! Isn’t a great look, sofa falling apart, the wall near the front door is literally pealing off.. the hotel seems to have quiet a bad Damp/Mould problem and covers it up with the overpowering scent of lemons from the constant mopping.. the bedrooms face a corridor that all the Piss heads come screaming down and god knows what time, so can’t open the windows.. no air conditioning in most rooms (a fan for €20+€25 euro deposit) 2) warning for anybody suffering with allergies!! I have a sea food allergy and NOTHING is labelled!! Nearly twice I ate fish (luckily my partner checked it before I did) one of them was Chinese style vegetable rice.. call me crazy but you’d think vegetable rice is vegetarian 🤗 The food is dyer!! Recycled food from the night before served for lunch, same old chips, rice, chicken, fish, burgers cooked in the morning gone cold and re-served.. Should really come with a health warning. I’ll be honest if you’re looking for cheap and cheerful this place could be for you! (although £1000+ for a week all inclusive is hardly budget 🤔)

Hotel is lovely, yes it's a bit tired in places. The pool area is in need of repainting. Lots of peeling paint in and around the pool. Especially the swim up bar which was closed the entire time of our stay, 2 weeks! And the coffee machine at the pool bar broke down after 3 days of us being here and was out of order for the rest of our stay. Food is great. I honestly don't know what people are complaining about. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Food is repetitive, pork, fish, chicken but my friend and I enjoyed the choices. Highlights for us were Susanna who serves the pool bar. She was brilliant. Very happy and friendly. Reception staff were excellent. Lo lights has to be Daniel the barman... what a disgrace to the hotel. Was rude, kept disappearing from the main bar despite queues. One evening he disappeared to the onsite shop and reappeared 10 mins later. We saw him using his mobile phone in the restaurant and helping himself to the sweets, filling up a plastic bag, next to the chocolate fountain! Another lo light would be whoever cleaned my room needs to do a better job! I found a black wig under the spare blanket! Can't comment t on the entertainment as we didn't sit in the bar at night.

I stayed here with my partner in January. Overall the hotel was ok, we were lucky to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms which were lovely. We opted for the all inclusive option, but stayed away from the food after falling ill and being sick only a night in. The drinks are ok if you’re happy with cheap knock offs of the real thing, can’t expect too much for too cheap. In terms of entertainment, there was next to none. There is one man (assuming he’s a holiday rep), that walks around daily and gets you involved in activities such as dart competitions ect which was fun! The pool is salt water, and was fairly cool when we stayed but this didn’t put us off getting in. We spent most of our evenings in the local Irish bar (stoners) which had great entertainment, karaoke and sports played regularly. If you’re looking to get to the nearest town quickly, we found a short cut just to the left of the hotel, which looks like dessert land. If you walk directly through there for approximately 10 minutes, it’ll take you to all of the restaurants and bars closest to the beach front. We enjoy walking so we were happy to do this! I would recommend not wearing sliders if you do choose to walk that way, as it’s very pebbly and the stones get stuck under your shoe. Overall, I probably would not come back to this hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. More entertainment and better quality food is definitely needed! This hotel has so much potential.

Excellent location, took about 15 minutes from the airport, check in was swift and well organised. Rooms were beautiful with fantastic views of the pool and sea, spotlessly clean with a great lounge area. Bathroom very modern and a shower so powerful it massaged your body. Bedroom was great with nice comfy beds and plenty of storage space. Can’t complain about anything, first class all round.

Just returned back from a week's holiday here. Room really clean but sofa well past it, really uncomfortable and not able to use unfortunately. The food at times was amazing especially breakfast and dinners but the tea time choices were not for me. The choices I found very hard to make a meal complete for example meat and vegetables, no sauce on meats and then choice of chips or rice. But salads were gorgeous but do I want salad every day for dinner and tea? Drinks OK. Staff were lovely too. My only negative was teatime combinations. Would I stay again? Probably as long as the price was OK

Got back a week ago with 3 of my friends. Girly trip away. TOP TIP please ask for a refurbished room when booking as we had to pay to move. Out first accommodation in the complex was unsatisfactory: wires hanging out the plug in the bathroom, strong smell of damp, broken tiles... in desperate need of an upgrade. The food is quite good, but not a great deal of choice The pool is saltwater and cold but great once you get in It's great on a hot day. Please don't get excited about the swim up pool bar as they do not serve drinks at that end of the bar. The snack bar is in the restaurant and so you can get food all day but only ice cream at meal times. It's a nice walk into caleta de fuste and you can see the chipmunks along the way. Visit Piero's music bar at night. Highly recommended. It's a cheap and cheerful hotel for a cheap and cheerful break away.

After reading all of the mixed reviews of this hotel I wasn’t expecting much. Rooms are spacious, clean and well set out. There is a bit of a drain smell in a morning but nothing obnoxious. The staff here are absolutely amazing! So helpful and lovely. The food was the best surprise really as o saw a lot of negative comments. Breakfast is cracking and the other meal times are great. The food is well cooked and there is a big variety to choose from. Very tasty. We are having a lovely break and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was lovely and quiet, it was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful they was out cleaning pool area every morning plenty of sunbeds meals times was relaxing as no pushing again plenty of tables always replacing food so it was fresh and hot a very happy customer
