Check in and out was efficient Sometimes the desk isn’t manned and they just leave the QR code out for the app which hopefully answers all your questions but it loses the personal touch. Sonia housekeeping, Maria omelettes, Victoria restaurant, Domingo pool towels were all friendly and efficient and helped me along improving my Spanish Pros beach location, pool area (not sure if there would be enough sun beds if the hotel is full) pool towels are good. Service very poor to remove used plates from tables ended up putting them on the adjacent table I have never seen tip boxes on show in a restaurant before, I always tip individuals for good service and I found the tip boxes a little bit distasteful Not much around the hotel like tapas bars and restaurants etc Good Mercadona supermercado walk half a mile away Beach bar good but you have to pay extra for the sun beds and parasols Good program of events but the animation team are not very animated, didn’t come round and talk to anyone to ask if you were going to take part in anything Price quality ratio ok for a Four Star Hotel, if you don’t expect Five Star standards and quality then you won’t be disappointed!

Room has bugs. On our first night here we were kept awake and eaten by bugs. I have an allergy to bug bites so this is hard for me. They charged us for a four night stay upon check in and apparently only a manager who doesn’t come in until after 11 can decide if we were eligible for a refund. Avoid this place. I think there are better, cleaner options.

Very disappointed about the service staff at the reception. Firstly they sold me the pool bed for 14 € with a plate of fruits and immediately after I signed it and asked about the fruits I got the information that fruits are not included, I had to order another package for the double price. The other staff confirmed again. Very disappointing arrival day!

Spent a week here and really enjoyed ourselves. Pros: The All Inclusive is excellent. Plenty of choices for drinks at all the bars. One night included in the specialty restaurant. Only a 10 euro charge for the Beach Bash BBQ including drinks. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. Excellent staff...very friendly and accommodating. Buffet had plenty of choices and the desserts were yummy! Loved going to the beach bar each day! Nightly entertainment was fun. Rooms were clean. Cons: The pool is too cold to enjoy. Some people did but not for long. The beds are somewhat uncomfortable and may be at the point of replacing. Could use more daytime activities. When getting the fish, make sure it cooked thoroughly. (ask them to leave on grill a little longer) We had a major issue with our AC...ended up switching rooms but the staff was extremely helpful. Overall and excellent week!

Overall the property is nice with an excellent breakfast but cleanliness and staff were disappointing and unfriendly. Check-in took a very long time, we had to sit for 20 min. before we got our key, hairs in the bathroom and one really big tuft of hair on the shower wall. Staff at breakfast were grumpy, tables were not cleaned and set to be seated for new guests so we sat down at a table with tableware and napkins and got a wave and bad reply from the waiter (apparently those tables were meant for lunch already). We felt like we were not welcome at breakfast.

Das TUI BLUE Isla Cristina Palace ist ein gutes Hotel. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen brillierte durch eine große, wechselnde Auswahl und war ausgezeichnet. Hotel und Zimmer sind sauber. Ebenso der Spa-Bereich, der Pool und die Außenanlagen. Wenn man hier meckern will, geht das nur auf sehr hohem Niveau. Das Design-Konzept vom Hotel habe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht ganz verstanden, was aber natürlich Geschmackssache ist. Dennoch andalusischer Stil meets 90ger Moderne, empfand ich als Semi gelungen. Dies erklärt sich aber wohl auch dadurch, dass dieses Hotel nicht immer ein TUI Hotel war. Vermutlich hat man nach der Übernahme hier und da etwas modernisiert, die Substanz aber so belassen. So gab es im Foyer beispielsweise eine riesigen "Baum" aus weißen Rohren. Auch das Lindgrün/ Anthrazit in den Teppichen empfand ich zu aufdringlich, genau so wie die zu laute Musik in den Aufzügen. Zimmer und Bad sind großzügig gestaltet und es fehlt an Nichts. Aufgrund des Alters des Hotels hätte ich gedacht, das es etwas mehr abgewohnt gewesen wären, aber hier war alles im Rahmen. Nur die Tür der Minibar schleifte etwas über den Terrakotta Boden, der auch an einer Stelle etwas lose war. Ansonsten - großer Schlafraum mit Bodentiefen Fenstern. Großer Balkon, Leider mit recht unbequemen Stühlen und einem dazu unpassenden Tisch, die etwas verloren wirkten. Dabei wäre Platz für zwei Liegen gewesen, nebst kleinem Tisch und Stühlen. Auf dem Balkon selbst gab es eine Trocknungsmöglichkeit für Handtücher und Badesachen. Stühle und Liegen im wunderschönen Poolbereich und Essbereich hingegen, waren äußerst bequem. Das Bad verfügte über eine großzügige Duschkabine - locker für Zwei. Eine Badewanne, sowie zwei Waschbecken mit großem Spiegel. Dazu ein abgetrenntes WC plus Bidet. Nur das Blau-gelb der Kacheln, war nicht so meins. Auch hier Terrakotta Boden. Eine Fehlplanung gab es dann doch. Der Große Kleider-Einbau-Schrank im Flur lies sich nur mit Gewalt und Krach schließen und knallte beim Öffnen der linken Tür immer an die automatische Schließvorrichtung der Hotelzimmer Tür und ging somit nicht ganz auf. Spannend auch: Zwar waren die Zimmer an sich nicht hellhörig, ich habe nie jemanden gehört, aber wenn das Reinigungspersonal die Betten im Nebenzimmer verschoben, dachte man die sein schon im eigenen Raum. Etwas eigenartig: Der Pool schloss um 20 Uhr, das etwas zu laute Abendprogramm schallte aber noch recht lange zu den Zimmern hoch. Der Stand ist nur 200 m entfernt, direkt hinter den kleinen Pinien Wald. Er ist groß, schön und war fast menschenleer. Die Umgebung war allerdings etwas trist und mitunter recht dreckig. Viele Geschäfte waren dauerhaft geschlossen und auch im 1 km entfernten Zentrum gab es wenig Gelegenheit zum Shoppen oder Kultur erleben. Auch kommt man mit englisch nicht weit. El hotel Tui Blue Isla Cristina es una buena opción para disfrutar las playas de Huelva. Las habitaciones cómodas, grandes y bien equipadas; las instalaciones perfectas; y la comida estupenda, con diferentes opciones (Buffet, chiringuito playa, piscina). Pero si algo sobresale en este hotel es la disposición y entrega del personal, y en donde se nota la mano del equipo capitaneado por José Flores y Marcos Ganz, director y subdirector , respectivamente. Lo dicho el Tui Blue Isla Cristina es una opción perfecta que no deberían perderse si pasan unos días por las costas de Huelva.

La señorita de recepción súper amable. El hotel tiene unas instalaciones estupendas con salida a la playa. Respecto a la comida , es lo que menos me gustó. Está enfocada al turista extranjero. En realidad el hotel estaba lleno de turismo extranjero
