We found the location to be near where we needed to be and it was a good stay but they didn’t have a laundry room on site and their waffle machine was broken down when we went to breakfast in the morning. I’m sure they will fix it soon. The front desk was friendly and we slept well.

很喜歡這間飯店，招待親切，床鋪乾淨也很舒適！早餐豐盛！停車空間也很大，飯店旁邊還有一個酒莊，也很不錯！可以去看看！

Very nice staff and service. Our couch wasn’t at all comfortable and would hate to sleep on it.
The price and location was very good for us.

The staff was very attentive and kind. The room was quite large and very clean. I slept better than I have in a while which is why I needed to take a break.
Marci and Beth were wonderful at the front desk and the breakfast folks did a great job. The breakfast was above average and the location was perfect. Close drive to everything. I will return again.

Hotel staff was friendly and room was clean but it appeared that either some remodeling or repairs had been done to in the room and was left unfinished. There were patches of white on the bathroom walls that hadn’t been painted to match the rest of the room. Was also a hole around the shower stem that needed a cap. Living room furniture was old and outdated and water pressure was extremely low making it difficult to shower.

This place was good. We stayed here to be close to Sedona. The Sedona hotels were too expensive. Room was comfortable with all we needed. Only issue was we found candy by the bed so I don't think the room was thoroughly cleaned. Location was close to many great restaurants in Cottonwood but not walking distance

Perfect for our stay for hikes around Sedona. Staff were friendly and very helpful during our stay. Morning breakfast was a bonus to start our early hiking days. Room was very spacious, but it wasn't the cleanest. There was dust, random hair and stains on the shower curtains (I think someone colored their hair), and the fridge wasn't the cleanest, but it didn't ruin my overall enjoyment of the property. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a quaint hotel near Sedona. Cottonwood is a very lovely city!

I only live 5 miles away ..in Jerome ..and came down to stay a few days to escape a snowstorm that was coming into my mountain town . It was a perfect “second home” as I had business appointments for those Green Day’s and the location was convenient for al, if them . The staff felt like family …and the restaurant on site (Bella Vita Kitchen) is fantastic ! Comfort and convenience— and all at a great price !
