The bed is very good, the amnesties are very good and the staff are very friendly. Although the bathrooms need to improve.

I thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise with my family, relishing the overall experience. The impeccable service and standout features like the swimming pool and rooftop restaurant left a lasting impression. Kudos to the exceptional hospitality and staff behavior, especially Mr. Saiful, who proved incredibly cooperative. Despite these positive aspects, a couple of considerations for improvement stand out. Firstly, the discontinuation of warm water in washrooms after midnight during the winter season seems inconvenient. Additionally, a reconsideration of fixed air-conditioning temperatures in rooms could enhance guest comfort. Moreover, while the food at the rooftop restaurant exceeded expectations, the complementary breakfast fell short. It lacked essential seasoning, particularly salt and necessary spices. A refinement of the breakfast offerings to match the deliciousness of their regular menu would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience. Notwithstanding these minor considerations, the overall positive experience during our stay at Hotel Ocean Paradise significantly overshadowed any concerns. The commendable service, outstanding amenities, and delightful dining at the rooftop restaurant make it a highly commendable choice for future visits. Hotel Ocean Paradise truly stands out as a top-notch destination, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for any traveler.

Had a great time at Hotel Ocean Paradise, where I stayed for three days with my family and wife. My friend Saifuddin Khaled Nabil referred me to their hotel. The service was good, but the hotel or restaurant management should improve the taste and quality of their breakfast food.

Nice ambience with good room interior and view. The service was very professional.All the staffs are smart, cordial and helpfull.A very splendid compound with well maintained garden.Buffet breakfast was rich and delicious.Highly recommended for new visitors.

I took a family trip for three nights and had a great experience with the service, food, and the rooms. I had the pleasure of meeting with the restaurant manager, Mr. Hassan, where he personally took care of everything. His staff is very attentive and provided great service during our rooftop dinners. I recommend this place for anyone who would like to have a family trip or a romantic getaway. Thank you for the cleanliness and the experience during our stay.

Overall experienced was good. I personally recomnended to stay here. Service and food was excellent also they have live BBQ and all the stuff are friendly. Overall from every prospect good. Live music and every morning they do buffet breakfast.

This is our fast stay in this hotel.We staeyed other hotel in Cox’s Bazar. I have to say Ocean paradise is best. Whenever we will come Cox’s Bazar.Swimming full is a beautiful and sefly Swimming.Rooftop restaurant, breakfast ver good. We gonna stay in this hotel.There service are good and staff are very friendly good.Specialy Yousuf Ali housekeeping Department is very helpfull. We will visit again inasaallah.
