Had a great time at this hotel Location is a five minute walk from ferry pier. View is amazing from our ocean view room upgrade well worth the money for sure watching the cruise ships dock right in front of us was really cool. Free breakfast buffet was excellent in mornings. Nice chairs around small splash pool were nice also little bar there at pool area. Spent the day there one day watching all the action in the ocean in front of us. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The price was good for the location of this hotel. We really like all the elevators in building . Also has a 7-11 store located under hotel open 24/7 so handy. Would highly recommend this small hotel looking forward to staying there next time

The staff was extremely nice and helpful! For that reason alone we’d come back again. The breakfast in the morning was delicious! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Location was good. Only negatives would be rooms a little outdated. Wifi could be better. No microwave in the room. Everything else was spectacular! We loved the staff. They made the stay truly memorable. Thank you.

For the money, this is one of the best values in Cozumel. Our stay included a made to order breakfast which was so good and the staff serving us were wonderful. So many restaurants within walking distance and the view of the ocean was great. Close to everything. The pool and lobby area was spotless with people constantly cleaning the public areas.

Great place to stay with beautiful scenery. All staff was friendly and helpful. The down side is no parking anywhere. Also, we happened to be there when road was closed for construction. Other than that it was great. We would stay again.

This place really feels like home. The staff is nothing short incredible. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast hosted by Vincent and Cynthia, and our favorite cook Elizabeth was fantastic. We never get tired of what is served at the breakfast area.
We will definitely be back again, and again.

Front desk team is very helpful and customer oriented. Gustavo is great and always around to assist. Rooms are clean and service is great. The breakfast is a great way to start the day!
