Greet Hotel Annecy Cran Gevrier

Very professional and friendly staff; excellent breakfast buffet …. But really annoying to be see the Aircon working working; building is noisy and room are too small; this hotel should be rated 2 stars max, and priced accordingly (current price/experience ratio isn’t good).

We booked a 2 nights stay in this hotel with flexible rate. The room was terrible, dirty, worn, heating not properly working, bathroom was a total joke. I asked whether they have another room but it was full. So we decided to stay only for 1 night after checking that we can be refunded for the second night. I shared my account information with the hotel and we left the next morning. It has been more than 40 days now, still waiting a refund. Hotel is not responding to my e-mails at all. Accor customer service is only directing my case back to hotel, which is no response again. This has been a terrible experience after staying some decent Ibis hotels. Never again guys sorry…

Hotel veramente carino! Lo staff è eccezionale! Tutti ragazzi giovani, cordiali, super gentili, camere pulite, piccoline ma dotate di tutti i comfort necessari, e per niente rumorose perche nonostante la nostra camera fosse vicina all'ingresso, non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore. Un tipico hotel per ragazzi, la zona pasti è fai da te, è come essere a casa propria ma serviti di cibo locale e altro ancora. La colazione davvero ottima! Abbondante, piena di prodotti locali e con dolci fatti in casa, oltre a prodotti da frigo negli appositi frigoriferi che si possono prendere proprio come essere a casa propria. Ci sono formaggi, affettati, baguette, pancake, torta al cioccolato, torta alla cannella, marmellate, miele, yogurt, burro, diversi succhi di frutta bio, uova ecc ecc. C'è anche una zona per ragazzi e bambini, con libri, giochi di società, giochi per bambini vari. L'hotel dista circa 20 minuti a piedi ma è molto più comodo spostarsi in macchina perché dista 5 minuti, inoltre il centro è pieno di parcheggi. Anche l'hotel è dotato di un ampio parcheggio, molto comodo e non da sottovalutare considerando che un hotel in centro chiede 15€ giornaliero per un parcheggio, mentre al Greet Hotel il parcheggio è ampio e gratuito.

Ancien ibis budget 2 étoiles qui une fois passé Greet devient 3 étoiles. Chambre à l'ambiance bizarre méritant un autre déco. Literie trestres confortable avec surmatelas. En revanche personnel excellent et déco de l'accueil et petit superbe. Petit déjeuner proposant des produits fabriqués suf place et bons.
