The hotel is very well situated but the inside of the hotel is not so good. It is not very clean. And we had a lot of sounds from the people outside talking and laughing in the evening. The decoration inside the hotel is not so good. And some of the staff were not so friendly.

Very noisy environment from the bar below the hotel....to me it needs complete renovation.....

Good position close to the centre. Receptionist was very helpful.
Good choice at breakfast.

Photos of the rooms on the website do not correspond with reality. Infernal noise from the bars below and the building en face. Smoke and muzac an additional plus, impossible to sleep. Not recommended and stay away from the street facing 1st floor.

I found myself stranded in Cremona for the evening due to a cancelled train, and when the first hotel I booked let me down I found myself staying here for a night. As it turned out, this wasn’t at all an unpleasant stay. Room was sizeable and clean, comfortable double bed with Sky TV and a kettle with a few teabags. There’s a vending machine at the lobby, and the location is actually very central if you’re not arriving in a rush one night. About 15 min walk from the train, and surrounded by shops in the city centre. I didn’t have time to sample the breakfast, but the restaurant looked lovely, my only real complaint was that the started digging up the road literally outside the hotel at around 8am in the morning. I know not strictly the hotels fault but it did marr my stay

Most of the hotels in Cremona are owned by the same firm, so assume services are similar. this hotel is great for tourists, but it’s alley-like street, will picturesque, does not allow easy taxi delivery and don’t expect a great view.

The hotel has a old look and needs some renovation but it's comfortable enough for a quick stay. Great position right in the center. Room was ok. Breakfast could be improved.

Very central location, reasonable prices, spacious room, comfortable beds. The hotel was undergoing renovation (not mentioned on the website during the booking process) and did not offer the buffet breakfast that we had purchased. Instead we were directed to a bar in the Piazza del Duomo where we were offered a limited breakfast (not buffet) on a very nice terrace overlooking the Piazza.
