Premier Inn London Croydon (Purley A23)

For a business stay this hotel was very good and had friendly staff. I was wakened by some pound mechanical hummer a couple of times but overall a reasonable sleep.

My family and I enjoyed a lovely stay at this Premier Inn. Two members of staff made our stay extra special: Teresa and Marcia. They were very friendly and helpful. They worked tirelessly to ensure every guest felt very special. They worked hard and kept the restaurant area spotless and the delicious food topped up! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay can't wait for our next visit!

The family booked 3 rooms for 3 days and the staff were just amazingly friendly and helpful. The day staff as well as the night staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The chef and the other staffs in the dining room were very helpful . Tania was one of the staffs on duty. Overall very good experience and would recommend the hotel.

Friendly staff on reception booking in. Was on floor 3 and unfortunately corridor stank of stale tobacco smoke. Obviously residents had been breaking the rules but it should have been dealt with. Room looked as though not used for a while. Black hairs in sink ( def.not me). Bed very comfortable and a good nights sleep. The hotels saving grace was breakfast. Good quality produce and best of all eggs to order not left out. The best scrambled I have had in a long while. Coffee equally good. Would have graded Average or even poor except for the breakfast items and staff.

Had the worst sleep either well no sleep actual noise from late evening up till the next morning.. Jumping, thumping, banging from people above even though went to reception and they went to the room to tell them only was quiet for abit then back to noise. Felt like going home and also when I wanted to make a complaint when I left no one to be seen I wouldn't go back again I wanted a refund

The staff were polite, particularly Mr Ram. My children enjoyed their breakfast. Gave a four star because the rooms need a little TLC. Maybe airing the rooms so it doesn't have a musky smell or perhaps changing the rugs. Nevertheless, it was a nice place. Was feeling a bit worried about the location and the noise but it was 💯 peaceful.

Wonderful staff, great location. Was greeted by Ram at breakfast who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He took our order and showed us the vegan options available. Made our stay very enjoyable and very pleasant. Amazing customer service all round

I stayed in this hotel with my family during the Easter break and it was alright. The bed was well comfy and l really enjoyed sleeping well on the bed. Breakfast was excellent; however these things were on the negative side of our stay and needs improvement. The heaters or thermostats IN ROOMS should be serviced to see to see that they are functioning well . Also the hotel should have a microwave so that guest who stay out late can warm their food or orders by the reception . Lastly more variety of tv channels and will stay there AGAIN ONLY IF THE HEATING was improved in room 318. Thanks for taking care of us whiles there.

Have stated here before a number of times and all were acceptable, however this time the place was not quite the same and seems a change of staff. The room ok not as clean as usual, had a funny smell! The bed was ok but the quilt to heavy and breakfast was a disgrace, coffee machine not working and hot food cold, very disappointing
