Everything was cool but the only thing is the furniture,tv, air conditioner and stuff like that, they are really old and they could be changed but besides that really good place

The environment and location of this hotel could make it a sublime experience, and I am quite sure it once was. Unfortunately it seems this place has not had a renovation or a lick of paint since the 1970. We had a junior suite, located behind a different junior suite. Barely any light got inside, furniture was old, bathroom door went open to the inside so you had to step inside the shower to get out if you had to use the toilet. The coffeemaker almost fell to the floor because the plank it was on was lose. For the price you pay it is a very disappointing experience. We complained twice only to be told: the manager will be there later. We did not see a manager on either day. It is a shame to let such a wonderful location go to waste but still ask guests for high prices as if the whole place was brand new. Biggest disappoin**ent of my Mexico trip.

I think there was a lot of people and the room was not clean and the towels have either chocolate or blood. The fact is that I believe it was way too expensive for the experience I got

1. El colchón estaba vencido y los resortes molestaban en la espalda. 2. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, ni la TV 3. El chorro de la regadera era escaso y el cancel del baño estaba sucio (con moho) 4. Se escucha un ruido muy fuerte y periódico de la bomba del agua 5. Tienen una discoteca con ruido fuerte hasta altas horas de la noche. El costo fue excesivo en relación con la habitación asignada, pequeña y sucia.
