Pros: Close to everything. 10 minute walk to plaza de armas Great, friendly staff Clean rooms Restaurant on site Cons: Luggage room not locked No safe to store valuables I booked this hotel through *******. We didn’t have to pay till we checked out. Communication with the hotel was great. They arranged for taxi pick up at the airport. Taxi pick up was only seven dollars. Check in was easy. Our room was ready by noon. We stayed in room Moises. It was upstairs. They don’t have elevators, so expect to lug your luggage upstairs on your own. The room was small, but it had everything we needed. It had a private Bathroom, Two beds, a sitting area. It also had a great little balcony that looked out into the street. The beds were comfortable. They are about twin size, so don’t expect to share. The room does not have air conditioning, but it was comfortable the whole time. At night it got a little cool, but it wasn’t unbearable. They did have a little heater in the room in case you wanted to turn that on. The room does not have an iron or a hairdryer. The restroom is small and there is not much counterspace. It worked perfectly for us. The shower pressure was great and there was always hot water. You did have to let the water run for a little while before the water came out hot. They give you one towel per person. I’m sure you could ask for more. Toiletries include bar soap and shampoo. Overall, a great place to stay while visiting Peru. The room was clean and the staff was excellent. Everyone was super nice. They have a restaurant downstairs that’s very inexpensive and open almost all day. They do have a luggage storage, but be aware that it is not locked. They do not have any safes. They do offer laundry services. I did my laundry twice. 6 kg for about 18 soles which equals about five dollars or less.

I loved this hotel so much. It is quite possibly my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. As a matter of fact, on my final day in Cusco, I opted to stay the day at the hotel instead of venturing out in the city. Every inch of this hotel is impeccably decorated. It’s light, comfortable and airy. The courtyard is beautiful, as are the rooms. I especially enjoyed the hand painted walls throughout. It was so nice to book a very reasonably priced massage right there at the hotel for after our Inca Trail hike. We had a delicious breakfast next to the fireplace in the cafe. Be sure to stay here when in Cusco, and when you do, be sure to ask the significance of the room names.

This hotel impressed us right from the start. It is a gem in the heart of Cusco. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms are attractive and comfortable. The food was excellent. We would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Such a charming hotel close to the centre of Cusco . We stayed before and after the Inca trail in 2 different rooms. A lovely courtyard to relax in. Friendly and accommodating staff who were so helpful. Comfortable rooms and lovely onsite restaurant which provided good value and nutritious food. Luggage storage available if you are going on a trek. The only small negative was poor / absent wifi signal in the downstairs room. A perfect base for a visit to Cusco.

Excellent! We stayed here twice, once pre-Macchu Picchu and once post. The rooms are well-laid out and with plenty of space, the courtyard is gorgeous, the staff are friendly and helpful, AND the restaurant is terrific. They'll even do you a breakfast-on-the-road pack if you're leaving early for a trip, as we were. It's also located in a great spot, too - both quiet and well-located for an easy walk into the main part of Cusco.

Hotel is very well located to tourist areas, very quaint facility, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our only complaints were that our room didn’t have a window, which made it feel claustrophobic, and it wasn’t vert cozy—cold floors and no comfortable place to sit. Both WiFi and cell signals were nearly nonexistent in room.

Best hotel we could have booked in Cusco. This place has amazing charm (indoor courtyard looking like Encanto?! come on!!), super helpful staff, great location, a cute on-site restaurant (opens early, closes late), I could keep going. Super cute and comfortable rooms; the bathroom water pressure was awesome - it was a picturesque and comfortable stay for sure. They supply extra blankets in case you are cold. You get a free Coca tea (with cookies) when you arrive. They even offered 30 min massages for a very affordable price (compared to US prices). Restaurant prices are very reasonable. They take a copy of your passport, and can accommodate late arrivals as long as you communicate with them. I booked my reservation through ********** and the hotel was very responsive whenever I had any questions leading up to our trip. You pay your balance at checkout or the night before you leave (if say leaving very early for an excursion the next day). If you will be gone for multiple days (e.g. multi-day Inca trail trek) they also offer luggage storage. There’s a bunch of pharmacies in the area in case you want to buy water, etc. Would 100% return.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Really pleasant vibe, with a good restaurant (I had breakfast and dinner) and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I had two separate stays and stayed in both a shared bathroom and private bathroom rooms. If you’re looking to save a few pennies then the shared bathroom was ok for me as there was never a wait for either a toilet or shower. As others have said if you’re thinking about how to get few extra mins in bed for the early pickups then this is the hotel for you as on the two trips I went on I was the last to be collected.
