Beautiful room, clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the very good. Coffee was delicious. Staff was very friendly and professional. I will come and stay here again when I am in the area.

First the deposit held on our credit card is still pending since a week, secondly we encountered bugs crawling in the room, dirty elevators and service clerks were not attending front counter properly. Customers waited to helped more than 10 minutes.

Overall pretty good place to stay! Quiet and they offer a nice breakfast selection. Overall staff super friendly and accommodating. My stay was during Christmas when they had limited staff but it doesn’t seem like they skipped a beat! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

I didn't like the fact that I had to change my room because they were drilling and moving furniture upstairs.
Also, I had a room for my parents and the same noise woke them up at 4 in the moring.
I need to be rewarded some sort of discount. It was ridiculous and the staff said they were going to contact *******. I have heard nothing.

This property did something other properties don’t do, and it was amazing to see true customer service come back to life in a world where it seems to be a dying trait.
About 10 min after I checked in, the front desk called and asked me if the room was to my standards. It definitely was, however the walls are quite thin and I could hear the people's conversation in the room next to me. I asked if there was a room where they could move me that wasn’t occupied. The front desk not only switched my room, she brought my new keys to me!! Most hotels would require you to go to the front desk to retrieve them. I was very impressed by this! Also, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too.
The icing on the cake was when I asked If I could get late check out and to my surprise, it was 1:30p! I will definitely be staying here again.
