Excellent hotel for easy access for beaches, lots of hotels cafe and indian restaurant are also awesome

Perfect location, close to the beach. Great eating places around the hotel. Bars and nightlife all around. It’s in the middle of the tourist area.
Hotel staff is super nice and helpful. Scooter rental at the desk. Breakfast is fresh but Asian still something for anyone.

The rooms have a nice smell and are spacious. The shower could be a bit cleaner but is really good for the area. The beds are comfy and they give a lot of pillows which is nice. It is not as noisy as other hotels nearby as the hotel is in the middle of a side street.

I enjoyed my stay at Palazzo hotel, the staff and owner were all very friendly and helpful. They were always smiling, friendly and ready to help. The location is great, only one street away from the beach and near lots of good restaurants and bars. Nice rooftop pool with a view of the ocean. You can rent a motorcycle from the hotel to explore the city or do a day trip to Hoi An. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Da Nang!

Clean, nice,near to everything.,near to the beaches, lots of restaurants nearby, nice service, staff service is very good.i highly recommend it..we stayed for 4 days...we will come back again..

The area was an excellent spot for traveling as it was a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were extremely courteous and very friendly. There were two areas that need improvements: 1. The wifi is signal is weak, thus it took longer to access apps. 2. We were not provided with an extra key due to lack of keys. Thus when leaving the room, everything shut off including the refrigerator so when we returned, the drinks were semi-cold and all electronic devices were not charged. Besides these two areas, everything was perfect compared to the price.
The staff were just absolutely friendly and awesome!

We originally booked for 5 days but extended a day because it was fabulous. We rented scooters which was pretty easy and did laundry which came back later that night just a few hours later. They also helped us book train tickets for our next adventure! We would definitely stay here again! It’s close to the beach and restaurants!

The hotel is great, The staff were very helpful and friendly.. They even booked me a train ticket via their personal account, helped me arranged a motorbike and were just happy to help in any way possible..full marks to the team. Good value for money with a good breakfast. Would stay again.
