Location is excellent! It’s very clean, breakfast was standard business type. Only two issues: 1) If you want to exchange other currency to VND, the staff will tell you different amount and the the amount is like around $10 USD which is ridiculous, until you throw a fit and ask the manager to come out then its fine all of a sudden. The exchange is one way (other currency to vnd) only, you can’t exchange back to usd, you can only do that in the airport. 2) The pool is clean but the facilities were very poorly maintained, see photos, no chair in changing room, shower nobs coming off in each shower, no place to put dirty towels. Considering it’s Hilton its quiet unacceptable.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, facing the Han river and close to every tour destinations in town and the drinking and eating facilities are close by. We got the free upgrade when checked in and it’s a pleasure surprise. The hotel staffs speak good English and all professional and friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone visits Danang.

I regrets to stay in Hilton Da Nang “executive room” for six days during my ***** new year vacation. Unfortunately, I have most worse experiences for my travel experience. Specifically, the fire alarm went on at 1 AM and the Hotel guys just came to remove the fire alarm sensor and let the room without fire alarm sensor for my rest of fours days’ stay. During my stay no body came to explain to me what is the situation instead of just an apology card …I can not believe this is five stars Hotel

It is clean and standard like normal hotel-chain. Staffs are very polite. Hotel is clean got all you want. Compare other local rates 4-5 starts hotels, hotel chain means quality and you can trust to book.
The high- light of this hotel is their breakfast. Been eat pho in Vietnam, real miss normal breakfast ( bread bacon avocado etc..).
Hotel has many sections provide western / Asian / local food. Even has kids section with smiley face pancake.. coffee is okay there. It can hosting numbers of guests without very crowded… sitting surrounded with many plants separates each section.
We booked a dinner combo, service and food is great.. the hygienic standard you can trust. Portion is big. They should promote dinner with booking deal, because it is cheap with beautiful river view.

Location is strategic. Close to mini market, many restaurants and easy access to main attractions. Some of the famous eateries are not too far from the hotel.
Gym is well equipped. Pool a bit small though, didnt really bother to utilise it during the stay.
Bed was comfy and shower was alright. Would be back again if the rates are right/ attractive as there are so many new accommodations mushrooming in Danang nowadays.
