Starting with reception area they welcomed us with a welcome drink. Staff over there was very polite and supportive. We booked the double bed master room. The room was neat and clean with all saftey precautions taken by their team. Dining area is just front of pool, So you can enjoy the pool view while having your dinner and Restaurant area was very specious with live counter.So we done our breakfast,lunch,dinner at same place and such a delicious dishes they had arranged like in Starters veg toumin soup, Dragon roll, Veg tikki, Veg chilly, In Mains there was Paneer lababdar, Rajsthani bhindi, In Dessert Gulabjamun,Basundi was included.

Pros : Hotel is situated at a central location and close to a lot of eateries and shops. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is courteous and responds well to requests. Cons : The initial room assigned had broken lock on main door and could not get fixed. It also had a very noticable stink of cigarette. The hotel staff changed our room which was better than the previous one. However, the intercom did not work. Even the flush was not working and was fixed on the 2nd day of stay after multiple reminders. Bathroom cabinet was very dirty and got cleaned when we mentioned about it. The hotel needs a management that can enforce room cleanliness measures and maintain hygiene standards.

Pros : Hotel is situated at a central location and close to a lot of eateries and shops. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is courteous and responds well to requests. Cons : The initial room assigned had broken lock on main door and could not get fixed. It also had a very noticable stink of cigarette. The hotel staff changed our room which was better than the previous one. However, the intercom did not work. Even the flush was not working and was fixed on the 2nd day of stay after multiple reminders. Bathroom cabinet was very dirty and got cleaned when we mentioned about it. The hotel needs a management that can enforce room cleanliness measures and maintain hygiene standards.

Yesterday I visited the pluz resort with one of my friend.This Resort is located in silvassa. From vapi station auto will take 300₹ to reach pluz. Pluz resort is settled in a very large area including beautiful structured pool, A big lawn for various events like wedding ceremony, parties,festival celebration etc, well managed parking areas and Seperate gym for body structure care. Starting with reception area they welcomed us with a welcome drink. Staff over there was very polite and supportive. We booked the double bed master room. The room was neat and clean with all saftey precautions taken by their team. Dining area is just front of pool, So you can enjoy the pool view while having your dinner and Restaurant area was very specious with live counter.So we done our breakfast,lunch,dinner at same place and such a delicious dishes they had arranged like in Starters veg toumin soup, Dragon roll, Veg tikki, Veg chilly, In Mains there was Paneer lababdar, Rajsthani bhindi, In Dessert Gulabjamun,Basundi was included.
