I had booked the rooms on 7th november by mistake instead of 8th november. So when i reached the stay on 8th november, they were not ready to accommodate us even though there were rooms available. I clearly told them it was a genuine mistake and it was late at night. They still didn't accommodate us, they made us pay the room amount again. I clearly know it was my mistake of booking the room on a wrong date, but they way they made us pay for the room again even though it was a genuine mistake. Talking about the room, it was bad, bed quality was not good and also the room had developed some green things (probably algae) around the wall
