The place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

The entire staff of The AURUM is unbelievable. Me and my wife are so humbled by their hospitality. Always ready to serve your needs, whatever it may be. What is so more surprising, was The Aurum MD, Mr. Srivatsya, spend the entire evening with us. Taking us to a nearby river(hotel ground), sat with us, had TEA with us and was so down to earth in entertaining us.
The staff even gave a surprise birthday party for me and my wife, Very humbled and touch with their gesture.(photo attached)
The entire staff were so down to earth in serving us. It's MD is a role model for it's staff. We have travel all over India, these experience is extraordinary. Thank you "THE AURUM"

It was our 1st visit to kukke.we stayed for 2 nights.stay was excellent. Staffs are very friendly. View of the room was amazing. Food was good.hope to visit again. Thanks for making our stay memorable one.specially front office staff Mr.abhishek .

Excellent hospitality and good breakfast and very well hygeine and clean .Hotel view with nethravathi is excellent and very near to temple.staff is so corporative.keep up good work.we have buffet for breakfast and it's really good. Surely recommended .

The place is really good for stay with good kumara river view and just 5 mins drive to temple. They have a restaurant too which serve delicious food but it may be little expensive. The staff receiving and helping is really good and they are strict at checkout at sharp 11 am we requested and they extended to 12 pm.

Absolutely loved stay.have been visiting kukke since 4 years now and stayed almost in all the hotels but theaurun is by far the best hotel in kukke.amazing service by the staff.felt like home location food service everything was good especially front office staff.

Aurum the most imp is 24 hrs food... We connected via Shruti and she had ensured every bit of our travel is good, not just stay. Calls, messeges, temple info, time, room booking, add on services....she had it all done with perfection and efforts beyond her host duties. Shruti was a great pleasure to be hosted by when we reached , her teammates were exceptionally helpful. Aurum is a heavenly placed equally divine as the Kukkeshri temple is. The ambience is spiritual with nature infused beaty and 4 star hotel seevices. riverside room is unbelievable. We can stand by riverside hillock. The best is the people. All the staff members have "no artificial " but homely way to make your stay a great temple visit. They go extra mile. We had a special request that they could refuse but they rather helped like their own responsibility. Two staff were all kind n gentle for this. Room service is world classs. Food order at 2 am was served with smile n super taste. Rate and charging are reasonable. Never feel like leaving. Resto by river is unbelievable People , team make it so natural and sweet. Thanks a ton. No other place in the world can match it. Thx team. Kudos Shruti. Warm regards. You all are blessing. we miss, Silky misses the most..

Very good property with good scenic beauty. Rooms are very spacious, clean and tidy. Staff are very good. Food was delicious. Overall very satisfying stay and would recommend people to stay in this hotel. Ms. Shruti coordinated the trip very well and thanks to her as well as to entire staff of the hotel.
