I had a terrible experience with this hotel booking. This hotel is inside kalatop wildlife sanctuary, thats why if you book your stay here, you have to come back before 5 pm. The check - in time they provide is 1 pm and if you want to go to any place you have to come back before 5 which is not possible. There is no network near the hotel for 4-5 km and it is impossible to find the hote because there is not single board

Nice and very peaceful property. Very close to the nature. 200 meter walk to reach the property from parking.

Location is very good, staff were very cooperative. Roads were quite narrow but it was adventurous too. Enjoyed alott

The final stretch of reaching the hotel from lakadh mandi to kala top via car was a nightmare. As the road condition was pathetic and very narrow road. Only experienced drivers should go there. Reaching the hotel from parking is also very difficult especially for elderly and with small kids. Rest the hotel and the staff was good.

It's been a memorable experience! View from room was fabulous!! Good hospitality 👌👌👌!satff is very cooperative and help full!! Good quality is excellent! Service was superb! You ask for anything the answer is always yes and is done! Waiting for next trip there in winter!!

Just enjoy coming back to this lovely place, can't get enough of it. Mr Aman and his team is doing really extraordinary work. But what i really like is grazing the Sun till it hides behind the hills. Awesome experience. Will visit again and again.

Just can't get enough of the place View and hospitality is so amazing. This is our 2nd trip to Smart Hill kalatop and it is after snow and still there are places inside where you can see and feel the snow. This time we also went to Khajjiar from the trek route and view on the way was amazing.

It was very nice and pleasant stay at hotel smart hill kalatop dalhousie .very good hospitality through out my stay .very nice view from the balcony. Staff is very cooperative. I recommended this hotel to the one who plan to visit dalhousie for their pleasant stay throughout.
