Hotel is great! New, clean big rooms. Fully automated. But best of all is their service. I've never had such good service at any 5 star hotel anywhere!!

The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the main area of the ancient city, where there are many street food stalls, restaurants, cafés, and shops. There are also several restaurants around the hotel. The room was luxurious and located on the first floor, featuring a ground-level private terrace, which was very convenient. The staff, especially the reception team, were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality really stood out, with unlimited complimentary coffee, tea, and water available throughout the stay. Free laundry facilities are available on the rooftop, which also offers a beautiful view of the ancient town

此次雲南行住了幾個民宿酒店，叁月水住了三天，也是最最推薦的酒店，酒店設施齊備，乾淨衞生，庭院設計感十足，頂層可以看到蒼山，服務人員熱情有禮貌， 全天隨時有茶飲和咖啡供應，早餐米粉很好吃，推薦，強烈推薦！

酒店環境很漂亮，中庭有小景，頂樓陽台也很漂亮，可以直接和白族民居還有蒼山合影。房間非常乾淨，一進去有股淡香，房間也很智能，有小度智能管家，智能馬桶，小米即熱飲水機。第一天到的時候前台幫忙搬行李到房間還給我們兩杯免費飲品，生椰拿鐵和洛神玫瑰花茶都很好喝，還送了下午茶。前台服務非常熱情，謝謝借我東西的前台小姐姐。

酒店位於大理古城東南角出行方便，我們自駕遊特別方便，前台小姐姐會提前給我打電話，我會告知他我的車位或者是幫我去停車，前台服務一流，有提供免費的咖啡花茶，可送至房間門口幾個早餐有兩個選項，餐廳早上曬曬太陽特別舒服頂樓有特別大的公區可觀蒼山洱海 不是水，真的強推強推

未岸酒店的體驗感滿分！進門一見落地窗外無敵的海景就已心生歡喜，恰逢夕陽落日，真是無限美好。還有超級乾淨舒適的房間衞浴床品，時尚現代智能的裝修設計，響應迅速的管家小劉服務貼心周到。帥哥咖啡師的愛心拿鐵也很棒。馬路對面配合攝影取景的户外陽台也是很NICE，強烈推薦！
