Dali Lishe Sea View Resort Hotel

Simply amazing! I’ve never had any hotel call me in seconds of having booked a room to verify my details of arrival so as to arrange VIP pick up. Courtesy fruit, courtesy night dessert, 24h courtesy noodles, courtesy pick up and drop off, courtesy everything! I’ve been left speechless with the outstanding service and attention to detail. If you’re staying in Dali and wish to be near the city and old town while having the most spectacular views and living spaces of Erhai Lake, then don’t think twice and book this place! Huge thanks to the staff for their professionalism and friendliness.

Booked a 3 bedroom hotel cum residence apartment for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Location was fantastic, in the middle of restaurants and facing Erhai Lake. The 2 of the bedrooms had an enquire bathroom with bathtub. The last had a basic toilet right beside the room. Well equipped with amenities, including full kitchenette (although there were no cutlery provided), a small backyard to wash & hang dry clothes, huge dinning and living space. Hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We arrived Dali by train, and the hotel arranged for a 9 seater vehicle to pick us. The hotel breakfast buffet was also a spread, we truly enjoyed our time here. A pity was we visited around early April and the wind was really huge and chilly so we couldn't spend much time in the balcony. Other than that, everything else was great! Highly recommend to big groups who wants to stay together. Also do note to get the wechat contact of the hotel via trip.com. much easier for communication.

Very spacious apartment and close to restaurants and coffee shops. Fantastic view from our living room and the master bedroom. We got upgrade when we check in and family is very happy with the stay.

It was the first time we stayed at homestay. We had been a bit apprehensive but were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is spacious with a big balcony. The view is spectacular. The staff were friendly and attentive but in the meantime respected our privacy. Breakfast was good, with a homely touch. The pick-up and drop-off service was definitely gratefully received with an elderly parent traveling with us. A big thank-you to the staff and drivers!

因為從香格里拉往西雙版納去，選了大理和普洱兩站過渡，第一站又回大理過渡一晚，雖然就住了一晚，但總體來説還不錯。隔音真的沒有旁邊鉑爾曼做得好，前半個月在鉑爾曼住的時候睡覺都沒聽到輪船鳴笛。 設施：房間設施還不錯，電視機也很大，可以投屏，也有網絡電視可以看，陽台還能曬衣服，配備了洗衣機，但洗衣機比較普通，不是滾筒的，也沒有烘乾功能，但洗衣液消毒液晾衣架都齊全，吹風機差了點，馬桶也是智能的，房間很大，住的很舒服，有家的感覺。 衞生：房間乾淨，衞生間也很清爽，就是沙發上還有殘留的其他客人的頭髮，需要注意。 環境：在陽台上就能看到洱海，特別舒適，唯一美中不足的就是隔音太差，晚上隔壁房間的客人講話聲音很大，一大早輪船的喇叭聲超大，都是被喇叭聲吵醒，很大聲還拖的很長，時不時一聲，對於睡眠淺的或者睡眠不好的人來説就很不友好。 服務：服務是真的超級棒，不耐其煩，到了會到停車場接，走的時候也送了很多伴手禮，外賣也能送上樓，早餐也會安排送到房間，特別貼心。

從入住前一晚就開始預備第二天接我們入住，也提前問我們是否需要送去機場或火車站，服務也非常好，位置也很好，一眼能看見洱海。有問題也都會耐心解答，我還問了關於租車的事，也都很熱心答疑。早餐豐富，時間也合適，一直到12點都可以吃，體驗很棒！

酒店在下關，離大理站和機場都不遠，對洱海來説全是在南邊，右邊海東，左邊海西，酒店陽台和主卧朝北面相洱海。 服務：服務很好提前+上聯繫方式，入住離開都有接送，進出都會禮貌招呼，作為私人老闆來説服務真的很不錯，比有些大酒店都要好了 雲南特色米線全天供應:早餐在29樓，12點結束，也是挺豐富的，有些菜品每天都會不同，有個大桌可以看洱海，隨時想吃米線都能和管家説，會送到房間 衞生：打掃的很乾凈 時令歡迎水果:果盤品種挺豐富的

酒店的整體服務非常好，我們一家人都這樣覺得，入住的很舒心，前台服務熱情，房間裏都擺放着飲用水，新鮮果盤，冰箱裏有啤酒飲料酸奶（免費食用），更貼心的是房間裏有配洗衣機，連洗衣液，消毒液，晾衣機都準備好了，這些細節很讓人感動！從入住酒店的前台，管家到打掃衞生的阿姨，都是給與了非常熱情和暖心的語言和行動，酒店出行也非常方便，真的是超級棒，很愉快的旅行！
