Facilities: The hairdryer's airflow is really weak, not even as strong as the wind off Erhai Lake! The bedside lamp isn't working, but everything else is okay. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and no strange smells – pretty good. Environment: The space is large and bright. My only complaint is the view from the window isn't great. Service: The service is excellent; anything we needed was delivered to the room very quickly, and the breakfast tasted good. Honestly, the view from the guest room window is quite disappointing.

Following the travel guide provided by the owner, we visited some incredibly scenic spots. The owner also recommended many delicious restaurants and snack bars that offered great taste at reasonable prices. The hotel's location is fantastic, with parking right outside and an elevator, which is super convenient for elderly guests and those with luggage. The owners, a husband and wife duo, are incredibly warm and attentive. They made sure we had plenty of bottled water, and our room was spotless and well-maintained. The decor is stylish and modern, perfect for couples, and the facilities are comprehensive. The hot water supply was excellent with strong water pressure, making for a very comfortable bath in the tub. The smart voice-controlled curtains opened up to a stunning sea view, which was a lovely touch. We were especially touched when the owner offered us a free ride to the airport for our late-night flight, as it was difficult for us to arrange transport with our elderly parents and children. Given the affordable price, the owners' exceptional hospitality, and the cleanliness, this hotel left a deep impression on us. If we ever come back to Dali, we'll definitely choose this place again.

Choosing this B&B was the best decision of our trip! Seriously, a huge shout-out to the owner – the experience was absolutely fantastic! First, let's talk about the location and view. It's literally 'door opens to the sea.' The room was much bigger than I expected and incredibly clean, which makes sense since it's newly opened and all the facilities are brand new. The absolute best part is that the bed faces the floor-to-ceiling window. Every morning, you wake up to the shimmering sea, and at night, you can lie in bed listening to the waves, just zoning out. It's so therapeutic, making all your worries disappear. I have to specifically praise the owner! They are truly, truly wonderful – so warm and thoughtful, offering a completely 'concierge-level' service. As soon as we arrived, they helped us plan our itinerary, making sure our days were packed but not rushed, so we didn't have to think about a thing. They also recommended several local eateries that only residents know about, and the food was amazing, plus great value for money. We successfully avoided all the tourist traps. The breakfast every day was also very thoughtfully prepared. Simple but delicious. I genuinely loved it and will definitely be back!

This was my first time staying in a 'sea view' suite like this, and through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows, the Erhai Lake, as clear as a mirror, felt incredibly close. Staying at this hotel truly felt like the best part of the trip itself; the accommodation became the destination. The hotel service was excellent; they provided a wide selection of fruits, snacks, and coffee. The rice noodles served for breakfast were absolutely delicious! What's more, the complimentary private car tour of Erhai Lake, included with the hotel service, was incredibly good value. Our driver and guide, Master Jinhua (Mr. Li), was very responsible, drove safely, and was punctual for pickups and drop-offs. He helped us immensely with our initially chaotic itinerary, allowing us to thoroughly explore beautiful Dali. Just this car service alone made the stay completely worth the price!

This stay is the best ever. Not only is the guesthouse clean and beautifully located right across from Erhai Lake. But what impressed me most was the hospitality and service—especially from Joy. From picking us up at the train station, to helping us arrange an EV bike rental (even though we eventually decided not to), to personally taking us to dinner and recommending dishes, trusting us with her dog Hamburg, and specially arranging for us to be dropped off at the station when we left even though she was busy with work. Joy made sure everything was well taken care of. She is a true asset to the guesthouse: friendly, sincere in her kind gestures without expecting anything in return, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. What we admire most is that Joy treats her dog as a family member. She is truly a person filled with loving kindness and will always be blessed for this. The part we appreciated most was getting to spend quality time with her dog, Hamburg, who brought us so much happiness and filled our days with joy. Hamburg is a loving dog with a heart of gold. Anyone especially dog lovers would truly fall in love with him. Together, Joy and Hamburg make the best combination. They brought smiles and joy to us. They are the real assets of the place. Miki served us breakfast every morning with a smile and was always at the reception keeping Hamburg company. She not only looks after him but also make sure he is in good hands, safe and happily running about. Miki carried Hamburg to bid us farewell. She also updated us on Hamburg's progress daily, which we greatly appreciated. knowing that he is happy made us happy.👍 Most importantly, the owner, Krystina, made us feel at home and welcomed. She has a warm personality, is friendly, and treats her staff like family. She is also in the midst of learning English for self-improvement. She has the willingness to learn and the kind of down-to-earth attitude that most hotel owners don't. We felt comfortable being with her, and she even hosted a farewell dinner for us. What we love most is that she is an animal lover and even included Hamburg in the dinner. She has a heart full of compassion. We had a great time together, and the night ended with smiles and laughter. We started as strangers but ended as friends.🙂 We were reluctant to leave after three nights, and if given the chance, we would love to extend our stay to a week in the future. This was the most comfortable guesthouse we stayed at in Dali. It's located near Haidong, not too far from Diyicai Village and Wenbi Village. Erhai Lake is just across the road, offering incredibly beautiful views, perfect for photos. The owner was exceptionally warm and attentive. The guesthouse even has an elevator, which was great for high floors and heavy luggage. The room facilities were excellent, with many modern electronic amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom also featured heating and various convenient systems. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here with my girlfriend, and our room had a side window with a peek-a-boo view of the sea. The sunset in the evening was absolutely stunning! The guesthouse comes with a washing machine and dryer, which was super convenient for washing our clothes after a day out – really saved us a lot of hassle. The hygiene was top-notch, and the bed was very comfortable. The owner is genuinely nice and patiently answered all our questions about places to eat and visit. The environment is quiet, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend for couples!

I brought my child to Dali to relax after their exams, and we booked a lake-view room on the second floor. Initially, I was worried the view might be poor due to the low floor, but those worries were completely unfounded! The floor-to-ceiling windows framed the entire lake and mountains like a natural painting. We had a panoramic view of the clear sky, blue water, distant mountains, and green trees. The swing inside the room was a huge hit with my child; they spent half the day on it. We didn't have to rush our itinerary; we just slowly enjoyed the breeze and watched the shimmering lake, experiencing a rare, leisurely pace of life. The room was clean and bright, with refreshing marble floors, and opening the window revealed a healing lake view. My child completely relaxed and shed all the fatigue from exam preparation. The hotel environment is thoughtfully designed, tranquil and restorative – it's definitely our top choice for family trips. We'll be back for our next vacation!
