Upon entering, we were blasted with extreme hot air. The lobby was so hot, the front desk attendant was complaining about it as well. Our room a/c wasn't working either. We turned it down to 60 to cool off but after 3 hours, it never did. The maintenance man Edin came up and he just turned it off/on and said it should work. Waited an hour and it wasn't cooling so he came back up. He opened the panel and didn't do anything and just said if it doesn't cool off, they may be able to give us another room in the morning. The air blowing was 75.1 degrees. It never cooled off and when asked, no one said anything about changing our room for the 3 night stay. The hotel had trash cans that were overflowing all day, trash by elevators just sat down, lobby, etc. The tables were dirty upon check-in so had to clean them ourselves. We paid extra for the allergy friendly room and the air purifier Is very loud. Didn't really feel much difference.

I ordered the margherita pizza to take to my room. What I got was cheese and crust. The $18 hamburger was not much better.

Room heaters malfunctioning. We had to change rooms, and then we also had to get the HVAC technician to come to the room 2x. Overall, it was an old room with old technology. Overall, it was an old room, old furniture, with old technology. It was not a comfortable stay.

Worst condition of any Embassy Suites we’ve ever stayed at. Very old facility in dyer need of updating

Room was very clean...check in and check out went smoothly...no surprises! Reasonably priced! Hotel was beautiful....will definitely stay there again

Hotel is very dated. Carpets nasty. Bathrooms had mold and crumbling tiles and grout. 2 star at best.

Carpet in our room was very old. I couldn’t walk without my shoes on because the carpet felt damp and soiled. Parts of the rug was pushed up in areas and not intact to the floor. The extra blanket on the room was more like a foam blanket. The night before we left our closet smelled like piss and the hot water was not hot at all. The only decent experience was the breakfast buffet which you can never go wrong and the evening reception with the cocktails. I always prefer to stay at an Embassy suites when I travel with my kids but I’m rethinking after this experience.

The a/c in the room did not work. Had to move rooms around midnight. Front desk wouldn’t even bring us the key to the new room! Had to go down and get it ourselves. Everything is outdated and needs remodeling!
Upon check out they did give me 500 additional points to my HH account for the issue. Btw, it takes approximately 35000 pts for a night, so they basically gave me a few minutes free on a future visit. Lol
