Large spacious room and bathroom. Clean, updated and convenient location. Several great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Not a fan of the cost of the valet parking

Hotel is in a good part of town. Overall a really good. King bed wasn’t that comfortable (sagging) and sheets weren’t put on bed properly which was a bit weird. But overall great hotel.
Valet parking a bit pricey but that is expected I guess.

The staff and the food in the restaurant were excellent!
It was so loud outside my room with the restaurants across the street from the hotel and repairs in the hallway,
I didn’t get any sleep for three nights. There was chewed gum in the room menu. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Construction was around hotel little had to navigate. Hotel clean and room awesome . Staff was really nice .

Room was pretty and very clean. However there were 2 of us and there was only one small, uncomfortable chair.
There were no coffee pots, microwave or refrigerator. The room was expensive so I expected more comfort.
The valets were extremely kind and accommodating.

We arrived and our room was not available until5 pm. The counter staff was only moderately accomplished and helpful. The rate was very high and honesty the service did match the price or expectations.

The curtains were ripped. The bathroom roller shade was dramatically miss-aligned at an angle. Bathroom trash wasn’t emptied daily. HVAC vent in room was very loud.

Its very close to the American Airlines Center and easy to find. Just alot of construction around hotel but that's not the hotels fault.

Excellent hotel with great location. Went for SMU football game and to visit son that attends SMU
