Surrounded my a homeless encampment and across for a disaster of a city hall. Room is great, but the area is a complete disaster. Probably the most unsafe part of downtown. Also… doors opening by themselves and lights turning on and off. Little creepy.

I loved the actual space once I was able to get in, the instructions were a little confusing coming in but the facilities are very nice and great view and proximity to Deep Ellum

Overall the room was fine, but the strong chemical smell throughout the room and floor made it hard to breathe. The dead roach in the bathroom counter was disgusting. They sent someone to remove it, but I felt like everything was contaminated from that point.

This was a beautiful place to stay, especially if you are going to the convention center! Everything about our trip was taken care of by the attention to detail and communication with Grace! This will be one of our favorites to add to the list!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Lack of signage on building to identify if we were in the right place. Homeless surrounding the property. Homeless inside the building because front door didn't require a code to open. I had my family with and this felt very unsafe. Halls were dark, reaked of smoke, and appeared to still be under construction. Room code into our room didn't work. Messaged and called with no response for over 1/2 hour. Then got told I probably didn't enter it correctly even though we tried many times in a half hour. Ironically it worked after they finally replied. Got inside to find a nice present someone left in the toilet and it was obvious someone had laid or sat on the bed. At this point I didn't allow my family to stay here! I read all the review replies on line, but don't believe them when they say they want to take care of your issues. I informed them of all these issues and was told they were all out of their control. I informed them they were all in their control other than the smoke smell and was basically told they were sorry. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Felt very comfortable staying here. Lots of room and well appointed! Beds were super comfortable!
It was perfect for our stay and way more reasonable than staying in a hotel!

The place was located in the middle of the ghetto surrounded by homeless. We felt very unsafe. The rental which we were not able to go into due to the code not working was on the 6th floor. The building does not have an elevator. How is one to bring up all the luggage???

Apartment itself was great. I had a few issues though. First of all the walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations my neighbors were having. Also, my brother saw someone come out of our room when he tried to check in, which understandably unsettled him. The staff were helpful however and checked our room over the phone with me to make sure everything was ok, although we never got an answer as to who was leaving our room. The other issue, and this isn’t the apartments fault is the area around it isn’t the best. The staff and amenities of the apartment(including an on-site convenience store and pool) are nice(especially for the price) but there were a few things that would make me think twice about staying there again.

It was a really pleasure stay , the apartment was so nice and comfortable the view form my unit was unique specially at night, overall I would say that went over my expectations.
