Staff was rude about reactivating a key they were lots of people outside at night making a lot of noise there are roaches rooms do not look like the pictures

The room had No mini fridge, no microwave, TV is very old and won’t connect,
Water bursted next my room and made a huge water puddle literally leaking through the roof to the first floor, i had to check out as fast as possible, didn’t even complete 24 hours of my stay

The people in the office are very very rude. No kinda of people skills. Unable to assist with anything. Rooms were dirty sheets were stained please avoid this place.

I called to let them know I would not make it Monday. I was told to do it online. It was too late in the day to cancel for Monday evening. Not the end of the world. I would just have to pay for the night., two rooms. I arrived Tuesday. My reservations had been cancelled. They said by *******. Very rude when I showed him my reservation. I went to another place.

Didn't even check in and stay at this "hotel". It's a dump, had hundreds of trash mattresses in the parking lot and the management will keep your money. AVOID this property unless you like staying at this dumpster of a hotel.

It is the worst motel I've ever been in. No locks on the door, mattress' piled outside in the parking lot. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Lasted about 5 minutes before going to get a refund. Do NOT Stay in the Motel

Very bad condition with roaches and paint chips on the bed falling from the ceiling, waiting for the refund.
