Easy, everything I could want. Bed a little uncomfortable - bad mattress with a thin foam topper. But everything else terrific

It was kinda confusing to access stuff but once we figured it out we loved it. 10 out of 10 we will definitely be returning

Everything was perfect ! Cesar was beyond helpful. We felt very safe even though we were in the middle of downtown Dallas. We will definitely be back!!

The views were awesome , super modern features . It was definitely worth every penny , loved the restaurant and lounge area . Very upscale classy feel .

Had a lovely stay!! Staff was very kind and attentive. The apartment itself was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay again!!

Room was clean, spacious, modern with great amenities and beautiful view; however, the bed was very uncomfortable.

Very nice property. They had us on the 50th floor with beautiful views of Downtown Dallas.
Pros:
Views of all of downtown.
Very quiet couldn’t hear anything which was nice.
Very luxury feeling in the apartment we had.
Staff were super nice and friendly.
In great walking distance from everything.
Cons:
Slightly off smell in the apartment.
Shower could’ve been cleaned better prior to arrival. Lots of mildew on the shower head and in the tiles.
It didn’t make sense that only one of the bedrooms had a tv in it while the other one didn’t so I couldn’t enjoy any of my shows while laying in my bed.
At random points the power would go off then come back on which was weird.
Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.

The apartment is so nice. I booked it for a week for work and loved the large space and full kitchen. The views are amazing from the 49th floor. As soon as you step off the elevator you know it’s going to be a fantastic stay based on the smell and ambiance. The gym is top notch snd the hotel dining is 5 star. I could live in this apartment. Book the superior room, you won’t regret it.
