Bc Spa Hotel

So I have been to dalyan multiple times and this time was the first time coming with my partner, upon arrival the hotel from the road side is nice enough. Riverside of hotel looks run down and in need of serious maintenance. Staff in reception are decent enough, manager was always polite and helpful. Problems started when got to the room, air-con didn’t work correctly and dripped occasionally, went to reception for the bloke to sigh at me. Wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t 42c outside, That was sorted the same day. First few days were really nice by the pool relaxed and quiet just was you want for a week relaxing, from Monday onwards well to say the least it was relaxing after that. I’m all up for people having fun but when dive bombing off sun beds into the pool at 1:30/2am like isn’t on be respectful of people and families in bed. This carried on till we left today (Thursday 20th). I went and had a chat with the little fella that sighed at me for asking about the aircon and said how can it be one rule for the brits who we overheard got told to get out the pool way earlier than 11pm, but when it’s the Turkish they can run riot, Room wise your better with a upstairs room as we had a ground floor room and for a few nights it sounded like the people above were doing the cha cha slide with their beds, to the point I did knock at 12am to ask what was going on. For the money there is better places to stay much like the riverside hotel, Keskin, club alla turca. But for me we won’t be coming back I don’t think.

The hotel is amazing, the sceneries are beautiful, the food is good and the staff is friendly and helpful 💗🌸 the location is very convenient as it is close to the center of Dalyan. There are lots of gift shops and bars and cafe's, and plenty of activities to do with your friends and family

Love it here. 5th time at BC Spa, not been anywhere else as it is perfect for us (couple inn50s). Very quiet and laid back, not geared up for kids thankfully. Breakfast is basic but easy going on the river decking watching the river turtles, fish and kingfishers. Rooms are good size, clean, cool. Pools are warm, relaxing and clean. Not loud music. Staff are friendly - but not in your face. Feel safe wandering in and out of town on my own. Gluten free is do-able if you bring your own bread/pitta for breakfast. We’ll be back again next year. 😊

Do not stay here - checked in for two nights but didn’t even stay one night - renovation work going on all over the hotel, dirt and dust everywhere, tables and chairs being put together all day so lots of noise outside the room and had to go into town to find a quieter area to use wifi and work, other furniture stacked up in communal areas of the hotel. Genuinely did not feel a safe or comfortable environment to stay in. Agreed with reception staff that I would check out the same day and they agreed to process refund the next day. Got home two days later and refund had not been processed. Emailed the hotel three times over the course of a week and did not receive one response - all contact completely ignored. Asked ******* to intervene and hotel told them they would not refund despite telling me when I checked out that they would process the refund. All of this is just basic good manners and customer service that you would expect any hotel to provide but to essentially lie that they would refund and then not do so, is inexcusable. All of this is without even commenting on the state of the rooms with old, tired and chipped furniture, small dirty bathrooms and communal areas - the whole place needs renovating - but they should not be accepting guests whilst doing so. If you want to pay good money for a poor hotel and even poorer customer service, BC Spa is the place for you. Took multiple phone calls and a lot of persistence to get ******* to eventually make the refund.

I booked this trip with my mum, stepdad, and two other family members as part of a budget-friendly package deal through lastminute.com. Originally, we had reservations at the Binlik Hotel, but it appeared to be overbooked, and we were instead assigned to the BC Spa Hotel. I admit I had some concerns after reading previous reviews prior to our stay. My room faced the pool and had a nice table and chairs outside. While the rooms were basic and had a slightly old-fashioned and dark feel due to wood cladding on the walls, the bathroom was clean, equipped with a hairdryer, and the towels were refreshed daily. Additionally, there was a fridge in the room. The pool was impressively clean and well-maintained, although the pool patio area could have benefited from a bit of a sweep. Breakfast was served in the dining room, with an option to dine outside. It was a basic breakfast, but there was enough to provide a good start to the day. Regrettably, the dining room and gardens showed signs of wear and tear, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff and the hotel's location were great. Considering the affordable price we paid for a week away, I believe it offered excellent value for money.

We had originally booked to visit Dalyan in 2020, but unfortunately, due to Covid we had to delay our plans. So we were very much looking forward to staying at the BC Spa Hotel. Having arrived at Dalaman Airport, we were expecting to be collected, as had been organised with the Hotel by our Travel Agent. After waiting for forty-five minutes or so, we gave up and took a taxi. Upon arrival at the Hotel we were told that no such booking was in place. As an overview, the hotel is a quite stunning facility and when we were taken to our room it seemed liked we had picked the right location for our eleven night holiday. They describe themselves as a four stars establishment, which I think would be right with a couple of minor improvements, which I shall detail. Firstly, our room. We had booked a Duplex (two story) room which was very close to one of the two superb swimming pools and the Breakfast room. The highlight of the room is undoubtedly the Hot Tub with Jacuzzi, which was located in the upstairs room along with a massive bed and dressing table etc. The joy of having an invigorating wallow after a day in the sun was well worth the extra we paid for our room. However, there were three points to the room which were slightly disappointing. We had two telephones, one upstairs and one down. A laminated sheet, or a folder detailing what services were available and what numbers to ring for reception, room service or anything else, would have been helpful. Unfortunately, the lighting was in need of a few replacement bulbs. We did point this out to the receptionist straight away, as the light over the stairs did not work at all, which was slightly troubling as it was a quite dark corner. However, nobody came to rectify the fault during our stay. We also had a kitchenette downstairs which had a fridge and a small sink with a tap, but nothing else. There were two electrical sockets on the wall by the worktop, but no appliances were provided. A kettle would have been most appreciated (see below). We did wonder why the kitchenette was there if the was nothing to use in it, apart from the fridge. Moving on to the food service. Breakfast was a good selection of Turkish delicacies and we had variations of one item or the other most days. What was the glaring omission, for us, was the lack of any provision of decent coffee. There was a jar containing a brown powder which we used the hot water provided to make ourselves a drink on the first morning. We were not at all sure what it was supposed to be, but it wasn’t coffee as we know it, and we did not want to drink it. Luckily a fellow guest took pity on us and gave us a couple of coffee bags to use. We did go and buy our own supply later on. We were also surprised that there was no offering of Fruit Juice or Yoghurt at Breakfast, something that was plentiful, as far as we could see. Just returned from a wonderful week in Dalyan. Loved this hotel. Location is perfect for a stroll into the town but just out enough to be peaceful Our room was immaculate. The staff were all pleasant. Had an amazing massage off Hassan in their onsite spa The breakfast was perfect for me, though if you are wanting a full english it's traditional Turkish, (all prepared freshly.) I definitely will be returning

This was the 3rd time I have stayed at BC Spa, and sadly, I was really dissapointed. The general feel now is unloved. We arrived and they couldn't find our booking, so we were shown to a very small room which we refused and were then put in a slightly larger basic room. During the entire weeks stay, not one member of staff interacted, said hello, asked if we were enjoying our holiday. Just a hello would of sufficed. The sun bed mattresses were strewn all round the place , no one bothering to sort them out. We had lunch plates left for a day before they were cleared away after we'd put them on the bar at the back by the pool. Sadly, it seems like no one cares, and it's so tired looking now. I was there in May and Claudi and other staff members were happy and made you feel special, none of those staff are there anymore. The river terrace for breakfast is so grubby now, I wouldn't want an evening meal there. Such a shame as it was once so lovely. Went to check out the Turay for next year, was beautiful and staff were so friendly. Sorry to say, I won't be going back to BC Spa, but back to Dalyan as its beautiful.

Lovely hotel. Excellent Turkish bath a must. Getting a little shabby in some areas and english breakfast not the best, but overall very nice
