Friendly family run group of Apartments and buildings, interiors that I saw are reasonably sized, clean, but bit dark and tired in places Located in a quite quiet area out of town and about 15 minutes walk from the centre, there’s a shop with a bar next door to it about 5 minutes walk away. Most frustrating aspect for me is the WiFi, after talking to several people I realised that if you have an iPhone you’ll constantly struggle to connect although it appears to work ok with Samsungs devices but not via their hotspots! I’ve never had a problem before in the UK or abroad with my modern iPhone and it connected perfectly in town. Pool is a nice size and kept clean, but has no shallow end, not good if you’re under about 5foot 3 and can’t swim as you’ll drown! AC in bedrooms, but has seemingly been removed from living areas in all the properties where you really need it especially when cooking, must be very difficult during really hot periods Power cuts, we had loads, 3 in one day being the most, no on-site generator so you have to just sit there and wait for power to return. Cleaned Appartment once every 7 days, the Mrs was totally unimpressed with this! Nice gardens, again clean with worn out sun loungers Nice seating areas with commercial kitchen which unfortunately produces absolutely nothing, missing a trick in my book!

this is my first ever time writing a review on here so i'm gonna make sure it's honest. DONT BOOK HERE IF YOU ARE DEPENDENT ON WIFI!! the wifi did NOT work during my stay. not in my apartment..and barely outside. what i gathered is that the wifi boxes are all in the OWNERS CABIN. the wifi there only benefits the workers there. even the lady that was showing us our room said that "sometimes the wifi will work sometimes it wont" like thats normal? me and my friend had to go downstairs by the pool every night just to get a DECENT wifi connection. with that, we got bitten by mosquitoes so many times. it was appalling. i'm not here to JUST complain about the poor wifi connection. I've never been to a self catering hotel/apartment before so correct me if i'm wrong, but shouldn't they supply you with BASIC necessities? explain to me why we had to spend our OWN holiday monday to go out and buy POTS AND PANS, TOILET PAPER AND WHAT NOT. that's ridiculous. and the cups and cutlery were appallingly filthy. the floors were unclean. dust and dirt ALL OVER THE FLOORS. we had to pay £15 a day for AC. But i'm not gonna lie and say the holiday was completely boring. i liked the fact that there was two fairly big pools. one was commonly more used then the other. not sure if one was deeper but they were relatively deep for me (im 5"1). theres also a kid pool too. i liked that one of the pools had like these deeps steps to adjust to the pool temperature. i also liked that there was a wholeee bunch of cats during my stay. that's quite literally all i liked. there was nice destinations and places to eat outside the hotel which was convenient. in the town of dalyan theres a bunch of food places which was good because of course its self catering and theres also a bank where you can swap your currency as well as other good things. Overall, i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and nor would i come again.

We booked a 2 bed apartment for the week yet when we arrived we were put into a small "bungalow" as our room was not available until 13.30pm the next day ( booked in nov 22!). If you stay here and are looking to book into a studio or bungalow be aware it's literally one small room with a small bathroom - very little storage other than a tiny wardrobe no drawers, nowhere to hang stuff even in the bathroom. However the bathroom and the kitchen items were all modern. The 2 bed apartment was a good size but needed some TLC, the furniture, kitchen and bathroom were all older and need to be updated. The toilet was separate to the bathroom down the opposite end of the corridor. The beds are not comfortable at all. The balconies were good but again need some tidying up. There was no cleaning or sheet change the time we were there and no cleaning items in the apartment for you to even sweep up or wash dishes. Be aware you will be charged for air con @ £15.00 a day, the air con is only in the bedrooms. The complex itself is lovely, pools were decent sized and warm. A nice distance to walk into the centre about 10mins so not far at all. The pool bar was run on a honesty box type situation - you take a beer right your name in the book pay on departure 100TRY for a beer apparently ( 44try in the supermarket 5 mins away) we didn't use but there were people complaining it was empty every day. This complex could be great if they did some upgrades to the interiors and beds.
