Hilton at Haihuadao or Ocean flower island is located near to most of the attractions on the island. The on demand buggy pickup is a plus when you are tired of walking anywhere on the island.
The breakfast spread is good with enough variety for Western and Locals. Jenny at the breakfast service provided friendly and attentive service making the experience enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful the room was very clean and spacious, however the WiFi was very poor and the swimming pool was not open because of maintenance, and you had to go to another hotel to swim some 10 minutes away which was very inconvenient, which you should not have for a 5* hotel.
All in all good but not terrific

Hotel is nicely decorated and newly opened in 2021. Service is great from Carson, Leo, Henry, as well as staff serving at breakfast. They were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. In ocean flower island, the hotel would have the best location as its is close to all facilities, and complimentary buggy ride is available from hotel throughout the island. However several
of the facilities were not open due to the winter season and some are not in operations.

Very good service from the front desk staff especially Elaine helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff and the front door staff are most willing to help when asked for services and directions. Nice and comfortable hotel to stay.

The dining room manager Jenson was the only person who could communicate in English with the customer, Judy gave us one. very good tour, everything was correct despite the poorly organized means of transport
