Datong Boya Business Hotel

Very nice hotel, convenient position to reach Datong old town. The room was very spacious, warm and extremely clean. Wide bathroom. Equipped with all the necessary items. Helpful and kind staff at reception counter. Excellent value for money. I recommend choosing this hotel for your trip to Datong.

Excellent. Done in the traditional hotel style but with very modern in-room amenities. Bathroom is clean and private, with nice shower including good quality—free flow—shampoo and bodywash, clean toilet and a proper door (no glass bathrooms here!). It’s so hard to find a hotel room like this these days. Most importantly, all the staff were totally amazing, and the manager is so friendly and keen to help and can speak some English which makes things all the easier. There are quite a few shaokao and noodle places around the hotel, and importantly, the snowman drink place (蜜雪冰城) is not too far away! The hotel is just a couple of Ks south of the most popular entrance to the amazing ancient wall (大同古城), and in the other direction, about five hundred metres to another nice park called Mingtan Park where I flew my new drone for the first time ever while a local man practiced perfectly his Taoist meditation completely undeterred by the annoying whirring sound of the drone! My only regret is not planning more than a single night here. There’s so much more to Datong than just the Yungang Grottoes and the Hengshan Hanging Temple (though they are both totally spectacular!), so stay a couple of nights at least if you can.

The hotel is really good and convenient. It's in a walking distance from the Ancient City and Walls, there are several small shops and local food stalls around it. The breakfast is completely Chinese style, but it's good. The gym is very small, in fact, not even a separate room, just very few machines, but it was not that important for us. Personnel are very helpful. Everyone did their best to make our stay comfortable. Especially, the manager Kristina - she is very kind, helpful, assisted us a lot, with some practical things and some advice, when it was necessary. Definitely, will stay here another time.

The location of the hotel was great, plenty of options for restaurants around, and the car park is right outside the door. My only complaint would be the breakfast, plenty of options if you're Chinese, but nothing very western on offer. On the plus side there was bottomless freshly brewed coffe

商務酒店的設施，快捷酒店的價格，酒店衞浴明堂和古城南門之間，出行停車便利，樓下各式早餐和當地特色飯店很多，大同十幾年前到過，此次陪長者再遊，感覺看到一個完全不同的大同，文化底藴深，城市管理水平高，人民熱情，還會再來

衞生可以，但空調不行，4月份去天氣早晚温差大，下午已經有點熱但中央空調還沒開無製冷，房間內有點悶熱。 但前台的那位瘦瘦的服務人員值得點贊，耐心解釋空調的問題，主動上來房間送了2瓶水，第二天走的時候還不忘關心客人晚上是否還覺得悶熱，服務意識和態度值得點贊，老闆應該給她加雞腿🍗👍。

服務：服務挺好的，前台也很熱情，還送了小米（吃的）的禮品，早餐選擇也挺多樣，味道很好。 衞生：保潔打掃得挺乾淨 環境：這個位置雖然離古城不是特別近，但打車也是挺方便的，樓下就有一個很大的便利店，可以買到各種水果零食飲料。 設施：美中不足就是設施，首先房間的電視屏幕是花的（看電視的體驗不太好），另外就是洗漱用具就這個價位來説衹有牙刷梳子過於簡陋了，衹有沐浴露和洗髮液，沒有護髮素，建議提高這部分。 好評給房間的地毯，隔音效果不錯。但樓道的隔音非常不好，晚上十點多還聽到外面聊天的聲音比較影響休息。

設施： 窗簾是電動智能的，各種照明設備也比較人性化。19年新店整體都不錯，團購性價比高。 衞生： 房間、餐廳等整體乾淨整齊有序。 環境： 周邊環境還行，不在主要街區，比較安靜些，離明堂遺址很近，四周走20分鐘就有許多餐廳。樓下附近有超市和早餐小館。 服務： 店前有免費停車場，餐廳、衞生等服務都比較到位。

第一次去大同旅遊就訂到這麼棒的酒店。又乾淨，工作人員還很貼心！真的很棒！衞生方面真的沒話説，是非常的乾淨。
