Hotel was as expected, although since we booked through a 3rd party they reassigned our room ? It now costs $12.00 to park in Davenport Iowa. That’s ridiculous, we stay here 8-10 times a year for musicals next door and family get togethers We will not return.....

The hotel is beautiful. Staff was very nice. Room was nice, the ottoman chair in the room had hair all over it but the rest of the room was well cleaned. I’d stay again. Pool was absolutely freezing though.

Due to COVID I had to cancel this stay. This hotel and Trip.com DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!! The hotel asked to see my paperwork concerning my COVID results - The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a federal law that required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient's consent or knowledge. But perhaps this hotel doesn't know this law - they obviously don't know that the minimum fine for willful violations of HIPAA Rules is $50,000. The maximum criminal penalty for a HIPAA violation by an individual is $250,000. Restitution may also need to be paid to the victims. In addition to the financial penalty, a jail term is likely for a criminal violation of HIPAA Rules. Do not stay here. Do not bother with their service. They do not care about you. Only money. Try a Hilton.... they are awesome. I have had a lot of success with Hiltons - all of the hotels under the Hilton umbrella are very good and I think you should try a Hilton the next time you travel. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

My only complaint was that ******* didn’t advertise that the pool and bowling alley were closed for maintenance. My family was very disappointed.

Pool, bowling and couple restaurants bars closed and was not made aware upon booking. Was not a worth the cost.

There wasn’t a blow dryer in the room. The bathroom was cramped and tile felt dirty. We were suppose to have a city view but had a view of rooftop mechanicals and other guest rooms.

After a speedy checkin process. I was given a handicap room but when I looked with trip advisor it didn’t show that. The remote didn’t work and be careful as the pool and jacuzzi were closed for maintenance. Afterncomoetinf in the hand in hand chili cookoff all day all I wanted to do was relax in the hot. But could not. They did provide me with a free brunch on Sunday. Ok. I’ve said my complaints, but overall a real classy hitek with all the bells and whistles plus a spa I heard was fabulous. Many wedding go on during the weekend but that added to the livelyness of the hotel. Next door to some pubs and great places to eat. The bunch needs to get shrimp back in the menu. Says a brunch without shrimp?

Great stay for a family weekend. Lots to do within easy walking distance. Everything good as always…we’ll be back!

very good stay, the only issue was the bathroom could use a little attention around the shower area and the floor.
