Very very clean. The staff are so friendly. We especially liked our taxi driver Claudette! She’s very reliable and a safe driver and has good references for restaurants and beaches ! Loved the OBBR beach and pool…never had to rush to get a lounge chair!

The resort and grounds were very nice. The woman (Yubi?)who worked in the Verandah market and made our Cappuccinos every morning was exceptional. Very friendly, patient and kind.
The location seemed to be very windy all the time and the pool was beautiful but unfortunately unheated.
We ended up renting a car most days because the location is quite remote and not walkable to anything.
We had an oceanfront jr. suite and the view was amazing but the room was very small.
Overall we had a good time but if I come here again I will do it as a girl trip because we don’t mind staying at the resort and lounging. My husband is too antsy and gets bored. The location was too “away from it all “for him.

Very nice staff, Veranda restaurant was great. Resort had alot of older, did not realize was a time share resort when booked.
But beautiful location.

We had a most amazing ocean view. Everyday was like being in paradise. The staff at the front desk was professional but not warm.There was minor wear and tear in room. This location unless you have a car will cost you 20.00 to get to Philipsburg and more beyond. The remoteness causes me pause however we loved St Martin so much we will be back

We loved the pool that looked like it went into ocean. Limited foods choices and stores not buy. Need rent a car or taxis. Taxi is about $40 anywhere.

Nice time-share facility we had a studio. Big refrigerator and freezer. Since there are no busses you need to rent a car. Had no internet outside the resort so we used the app maps.me which worked well. Visited 5 different beaches The resort beach (Dawns beach) best snorkling beach. Best place to eat was the Veranda with the excellent waitress Yaira!

Th overall stay was good and the staff was very friendly. However, the service in the restaurants were slow and they would mess up our order.
The maid services, the front desk and conceirge were very professional and accommodating.
There should also be a complimentary daily shuttle bus that carries guests into town at least twice a day with drop off and pick up. The taxis are too costly and some of the drivers are NOT accommodating and professional.

We were a group of 8. They were always able to accomodate us at breakfast or dinner. Staff were friendly and always had smiles. We loved David and Wanda at the bar! Mr Happy (Alberto) in the dining was always smiling! We spent a week there and it truly wasn’t long enough! Capt Alan’s boat tours were AMAZING! Can’t wait to go back!
