stayed there for a work event, the hotel is under construction so some areas were a little messy or closed off.
The event venue was setup great and beautiful - Rafael was incredible with the AV
Rose was wonderful front desk manager
the food on the restaurant could be a bit better.

It was horrible there was a used condom in the bathroom and when I was taking a shower the shower spout trim fell off and who ever was up above us
Was banging on the walls or something all night not a good honey moon at all

I had one hell of a headache with my flight to get here, but once I was here my stress and anxiety went away, the rooms are welcoming and cozy, loved that the pool as heated, they have great happy hour special, everything is in walking distance around you…. Thank you for such a great stay! I will be back

Disappointing! The bathroom was not cleaned in the first room; the toilet was used with TP still left in the toilet. We didn’t have any trouble changing to another room except that the only one available was the one next door. In this room, someone placed soap that was already used back into the box to be used again and this was never thrown away. Several of the lights didn’t work. We only had one lamp that worked. There were stains everywhere- on the walls and the floor. Also our room was supposed to have a balcony. The sliding doors open to about a width of foot of space-not intended to be used as a place to walk out on to enjoy the view. Very misleading and disappointing! I expected more from this hotel.

We stayed at this place 4 years ago. Loved it then. Now we love it more because of the renovations that have been made. Breakfast is awesome and the restaurant is really good too. Comfortable beds and great room! The views are also spectacular!

The living room fan light would not turn off so I was not able to sleep all night. Staff came with 5 different fan remotes and none of them worked to turn of ceiling fan or the light. Could not sleep and was freezing all night

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 days with my friends. Hotel is just few minutes walk from beach. Beach walk area is the best i ever seen. It gets even better at night with lights and restaurants around.
Our suite was very spacious with 6 beds, two separate bathrooms , vanities and plenty of mirrors . We loved having kitchen table, pull out sofa . My only request is to have full balcony instead of juliet.
Full breakfast, happy hours with drink & light snacks , water bottles were added bonus.

It was a great place to go to but the fact that there was bad weather, I was not able to enjoy it fully.

While we enjoyed our stay and the staff was great, we had no idea nearly every facet of the resort is under construction. Once it’s done it will likely be lovely, but it’s hard to enjoy a stay with hammer drills being used 20’ from you.
