Good quiet stay. Ice machine wasn’t working and there was no breakfast

Dirty carpet.
No WC fan.
WC door does'nt close.
Poor breakfast
No room service for the whole 5 days stay
Rooms need to be renovated

The property was dated. Outside of that the room provided had sheets that were dust covered and dust and dirt along the headboard
The floor had permanent stains on the floor. The telephone and bedside table wete both dirty. There were people sitting outside my room smoking and the ac made noise all night. I got back to my room almost midnight and checked out after 7am. I slept on a towel in my back, shook out the sheets on the bed and did the best to sleep besides the noise and dirt. The only saving grace was the water was clean, hot and flowed well. I used my own towels.

The rooms are run down, the carpets smell and are dirty. The light in my bathroom did not work. The side dresser was broken and had no drawers in it. The shower had no shower curtain. There are roaches in the rooms. I have photos of everything. Reinvest your money into the upkeep of the property.

As soon as we entered our room, the smell of bleach will hit you in the face, the hotel and the room was nothing like the pictures in *******. Stained carpets, mould on bathroom tub, lamps not working, broken furniture.... We stayed literally 5 minutes in the room and killed 3 mosquitoes. We decided to leave and had been trying to get a refund. ******* just got back to us saying we won't get a refund. Stay away from this place, this is by far the worst hotel that we stepped foot on.

The housekeeping don't do a good job. The mirrow was so nasty it look like they dont cleaned for months and the room have a bad smell.

Room had mildew/mold . Didnt stay they would not refund me. I gave card to staff 1 hour after i got it. And was sitting in lobby for 30 minutes waiting as she checked people in.
Another peraon said the same thingdirty towels and hair on bed .. gross
