Didn't like the fact there was only one washer and dryer. Plus they were kind of small. I didn't like the fact my toilet wasn't working

Staff was very friendly and responsive to issues however they were unable to address all issues. I will not be staying at this property again. Both the mattress on the bed and the pull-out couch were worn badly. Linens for pull-out bed were stored in a plastic pouch and were previously put away damp and thus covered in mold upon opening. Bathroom constantly had a sewage odor. Asked to have room changed, but was told they couldn't do anything as they were at full occupancy. Last straw was the fire alarm going off at 9am on or last day.

No glassware in the rooms, no silverware to eat with (although you can buy a $14 pint of Ice Cream from the shop), no coffee for the early risers trying to make it to the airport

Very family friendly. The person on duty when we arrived, Jordan, was really kind. The smell when you walk into the lobby just says…clean. Lots of smiles from all the employees. Great stay!

This is my new to go place when I am away from home. I come often to spend time with family. Everyone is friendly. The staff is accommodating and ready to ensure that you have what you need. There are plenty of eateries nearby and 95 within minutes. The price is right depending on the time you make reservations. Breakfast is a plus with a variety of choices.

Had a problem with the air conditioner leaking and then making loud noises. They did address it but sadly the room smelled bad like wet carpet smell so we wanted to switch to another room the same size but there wasn’t any - we settled for a smaller room - it was a big inconvenience. It happens - I felt they should have given us two new rooms to accommodate the problem with the amount of people we had because we needed the suite.

clean fresh smell to the hotel unlike others i have been in that try to mask off odor with strong air fresheners. I was happy with the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general.
