My stay at Shervani Hotel Nehru Place was awesome . It was a lovely stay and overall experience was great. Front Office staff Nibha and Anil were really nice and helpful. Great Hospitality and room was great size + location is good. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

My watch got stolen in the hotel. I stayed there for a day. The air conditioner wasn't working on the first day. We were asked to shift to a new room. During the shifting process, my watch was stolen. On repeated complaints to the ***agement, no action was taken. They constantly kept denying and didn't even try to search. On top of that, they also said that there are cameras in the room so they are sure about watch not being there. This was extremely disturbing to know as it made me question my privacy in the room. This is highly unacceptable to have cameras put up in the room. I do not recommend the hotel at all..please take care of your belongings as things if you happen to book it.

We hosted two birthday parties for my kids and the experience was very nice. The staff was very nice and courteous and the food was really good. I will recommend this place for sure. They have a nice spread

Excellent - food- cleanliness- service- taxi services Front desk- security everyone is available 24/7 Suggest the place to one and all Proximity to everything Fabulous stay we had for two nights Quality of food is amazing

Mr Anil Chauhan and all the staff members were helpful and friendly Very satisfied with service Area of improvement:- cleanliness of chair,table etc Bathroom are good.but bathing area can bebetter Electronic key is not in good condition Handled by ***y, should be replaced periodically

Very nice hotel stay experience. Staff is very polite and cooperative, room service is on point with minimal delays . Unmatchable warmth and hospitality was evident in all employees . Would definitely consider to stay here at all times whenever required .

Some minor issues: 1. the hotel told me in writing twice that they had arranged a taxi to collect us from Delhi airport, but when it came to it, a midnight arrival at airport, no driver. On calling the hotel, reception weren't very useful, said they would send someone but when established would be around half an hour I said to forget it and would arrange something myself. On arrival at hotel, turns out they sent someone when I told them not to. 2. Generally reception weren't too 'on the ball' but polite nonetheless. The above points just a bit frustrating when you have been travelling ***** time, and also when you've been out in Delhi all day, which is quite full on, you just want to come back to somewhere which is easy to navigate. Overall on balance minor points to the whole experience. The room was OK, nothing amazing but decent and clean enough and spacious. Staff were kind and polite. The breakfast room staff were helpful and breakfast options were nice and varied. A good location to get around and close to metro station.

Amazing hospitality and staff cooperation! Very well maintained and delicious food served! Am,ing support by Shaikesh and Bhushan. I came to Delhi to visit the temple and was amazed with the hotel folks to team up to decorate, get a cake cutting done and recieved wishes from the hotel staff and ***agement team!! Recommend to visit 1000000000 no of times!! Thankyou for memorable visit!
