The Cottage Ganga Inn offers a real quiet sanctuary within the wonderful of this Part of delhi, the Pahar Ganj. The rooms are basic and clean and the Hotel is the most safest place i can imagine in Delhi. The staff are friendly and helpful and will arrange anything for you. The owner and proprietor Darshan Singh i the most honorable person you can Image as are his family and their Reputation in the local community. We have known him and his family and reputation for over 20years and have profited from the excellence Services that his Import and Export Company also provide. We will always come back.

Super dirty no water no AC no cleaning service at all and the reception is also very disappointed. Very rude.

A quite place in the middle of Paharganj, familiar, good service, quite clean

Rooms were very good and clean. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs in a quiet and relaxing environment. This helped us adjust when we arrived in Delhi amoungst all the hustle and i visits every time

We booked for two nights but only stayed one because it was so dirty! Our room was disgusting, every surface seemed to have a film of grease on it. The sheets and towels were old and stained. The floor was really dirty. The ***ager tried to charge us for both nights but we weren't having it. The hotel is not even that cheap! The hotel are ripping people off. This is the only hotel I use in Paharganj now. Mainly because it is quiet, located down an alley off a side road, it is less than 100m to the main bazaar road but if you get a room at the back, you can't hear any street noise at all. The third floor rooms are the nicest, worth paying a little extra for. My favourite room is very large and very quiet, highly unusual for Paharganj. The rooms are well appointed with plugs by the bed and ***y lighting options etc. After new routers were installed recently the wifi is now excellent. The hot water is a bit hit or miss, even in the hours it is supposed to be working. The rooms are clean and the staff are really helpful. All the staff are very kind you will feel very welcome. The location is excellent, an easy walk to New Delhi station and RK Ashram metro. Tons of good street food around and the street the alley is off has a local market some evenings as well as all the local shops you might need during the day. But the main reason I always return here when I am staying in New Delhi is for the peace and quiet.

Très cher pour avoir les cheveux de l'ancien locataire, son caca dans le toilette. V Un ménage plus qu'approximatif. Première nuit réveillée à 6h du matin, par le déplacement des bouteilles de gaz, on range le déjeuner de la veille. Au vu de mon mécontentement, on me change de chambre, à partir de 20h, des portes qui claquent, télés à fond et musique, on me rechange de chambre à minuit pour une moins bruyante. La même chose même avec mes boules quies, j'entendais. Si vous voulez vous reposer fuyez Sans parler du service de taxi qui vous coute 3 à 4 fois la course normale.

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cet établissement, payé en ligne via *******. Au check in, on nous dit que la réservation n'a pas été prise en compte et qu'il faut payer cash. Trop fatigué de notre vol nous n'avons pas percuté. En voyant l'état des chambres, sales moisies draps tachés, des cendres de cigarettes un peu partout, nous de***dons à partir. A la réception on nous dit de patienter le lendemain matin pour voir le patron. Le patron insisté en disant que ******* remboursera la seconde nuit et qu'il n'a toujours pas eu le paiement de leur part. Après deux heures d'échange tendu, nous arrivons à obtenir le remboursement du paiement cash qui venait en double. Le patron nous rassure en disant qu'il annulera la seconde nuit. Forcément il n'a rien fait. Donc hôtel miteux et patron pas mieux... Pour couronner le tout, des travaux bruyant durant la nuit au sein de l'hôtel.
